We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL.

The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for working with Project Managers managing project budgets, maintaining schedules, statistical reporting, and evaluating resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules Collaborate with project team to ensure project goals, resources and objectives are met Track project progress and preparing project reports for stakeholders and operational managers, including status updates, budget reports, KPIs and final project review Identify potential project risks Developing, coordinating, and monitoring the project’s budget and controlling project costs with the Project Manager and team.

Develop and implement project control processes and procedures Provide project management support as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field or 5 years of construction experience in Project Controls Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong at multitasking and performing under deadline #LI-DJ1 #Keller1 Additional Information Salary Range: $80,000

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with specific expertise in RFI, Trane Trace, HAP, Elite, AutoCAD, Revit, IAQ, PE, asrae, NFPA, Auto Cad, and Mechanical Design.

This role will involve working on a variety of complex projects, providing technical guidance and leadership to our engineering team.

Responsibilities: 1.

Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment and packaging.

Conduct complex mechanical analyses and develop recommendations based on these analyses.

3.

Manage and lead RFI, Trane Trace, HAP, Elite, and AutoCAD processes.

4.

Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.

5.

Collaborate with design engineering and other functions to resolve product issues.

6.

Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.

7.

Use Revit, IAQ, PE, asrae, NFPA, Auto Cad, and Mechanical Design to create and modify detailed drawings and designs.

8.

Ensure all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and objectives.

9.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on RFI, Trane Trace, HAP, Elite, AutoCAD, Revit, IAQ, PE, asrae, NFPA, Auto Cad, and Mechanical Design.

3.

Advanced knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design software.

4.

Strong understanding of mechanical design, physics, micro-fabrication, CAD and data analysis.

5.

Proven expertise in developing, testing and maintaining mechanical systems and devices.

6.

Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.

7.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

8.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.

9.

Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.

Job Purpose: To ensure all tractors coming into the terminal for trade, lease to owner operator, abandonment or any reason the driver is unable to continue driving, will be in the cleanest possible condition both inside and out including the engine.

Responsibilities: 1.

Wash outside of truck.

2.

Steam spray the engine.

3.

Clean inside the cab and sleeper including installing new mattress.

4.

Package the drivers personal belonging in circumstances that the driver is unable to perform this task.

5.

Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay floors, hoses and drains.

6.

Other duties as required.

Relationship: Work with all levels of employees, drivers and management.

Abilities/skills required: Verbal communication and listening skills Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and physical dexterity.

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Education/training requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, experience with cleaning products is desireable.
