Job Details Responsibilities Drive automation, electrical and mechatronics installation and commissioning work in respect to the Commissioning protocol, work instructions and Technical specifications Drive Mechanical work installation, Pneumatic & Hydraulic installation as per Installation and Commissioning drawings and layouts.

Keep close communication with the Project Manager and Mechatronics Operation Manager about installation and commissioning progress, technical issues outgoing from the scope.

Ensure that all new Systems installations are commissioned to the Customer’s satisfaction and in accordance with Vesuvius standards and products specifications.

Schedule customer or customer’s sub-contractor activities in accordance with Vesuvius requirements and provide technical details about them in order to synchronize customer and Vesuvius technical activities.

Inform and communicate with customer about Vesuvius progress and expected planning Overview the shop testing activities in our workshop facilities to learn and understand the solution, the technology and foresee integration challenges.

Support our Engineering Team in the Testing and Validation phase of the equipment in shop tests and during commissioning.

Provide the Customer with adequate training in the operation and maintenance of the System to enable the full potential of the System in terms of operational capability and optimization of refractory performance to be achieved To communicate any design or performance weaknesses identified in such a manner that the benefits of design, construction and material changes may be fully understood and considered by the Engineering team.

To provide a level of Customer Support that enhances the relationship with the Customer and increases the Company profile.

Ensure that all activities are performed with due regard to the health and safety standards applicable to the activity.

Qualifications Technical skills Ability to read electrical schematics, PID.

Ability to supervise subcontractors, validate the job when completed.

Strong Technical knowledge and experience with mechatronic equipment, instrumentation, sensors and actuators.

Strong Technical knowledge with Mechanical installation, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic layouts to validate installation work.

Basic knowledge in PLC Hardware & Software Programming (Siemens S7 / TIA) Basic knowledge in HMI Programming (TIA WinCC TPxxx series) Basic knowledge Robotic Programming (Kuka) Knowledge and experience in an industrial working environment especially in Robotic applications Soft skills Action oriented, proactive and Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours.

Autonomous and situational adaptability to face on-site issues and find a solution locally and quickly.
