Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and leading high-performing engineering teams.

Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.

Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.

6.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts and solutions to team members and clients.

8.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
