The Production Manager organizes, implements, optimizes, and monitors production operations to ensure that deadlines, cost objectives, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, this role manages the human, material, and technical resources within the production department. The Production Manager supervises production supervisors ensuring disciplined execution of the production plan and alignment with site priorities.

The role is focused on daily execution, workforce leadership, productivity optimization, and structured escalation within the framework defined by Operations leadership.

What you will be doing:

Core Responsibilities

1. Production Operations Execution

• Organize, implement, and monitor product manufacturing activities within production departments.

• Support installation, qualification, and ramp-up of new equipment.

3. Continuous Improvement & Industrial Organization

• Implement and support new industrial organization methods within production.
• Drive improvements in workflow, setup efficiency, and floor organization.
• Conduct workstation and 6S audits: planning, execution, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Contribute to updating and maintaining technical documentation and work instructions.
• Support Lean initiatives deployed by Operations leadership.
• Make structured improvement suggestions and participate in implementation.

4. New Product & Equipment Launch Support

• Support production launch of new products and new equipment.
• Ensure production readiness and workforce preparedness for process changes.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise production supervisors and some lead operators.
• Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and administrative follow-up.
• Lead team meetings and reinforce production priorities.
• Communicate company strategy and policies, both individually and collectively.
• Develop employee skills and promote workforce versatility.
• Provide direct support to teams and contribute to structured problem-solving using the escalation process.
• Maintain strong floor presence and reinforce accountability, safety, and process discipline.

6. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements within production.
• Maintain audit readiness across production workstations.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field required.

TheSenior Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing and troubleshooting manufacturing processes in a manner that meets safety, quality and operational performance expectations. This position provides leadership and creativity in the formulation development, process development and optimization, scale up and manufacturing. The key function of this role is to identify and solve problems in the manufacturing process transfer and scale up, and deliver effective, safe and efficient manufacturing processes for parenteral drug products. The Senior Process Engineer is hands-on, able to handle multiple tasks with sound planning and communication and providing training and support to peers.

This role will:

• Analyze organic or inorganic pharmaceutical excipients to determine chemical or physical compatibilities with active drug molecules for the development of stable pharmaceutical product
• Evaluate changes in the composition/stability of pharmaceutical products due to changes in variables such as heat, light, or chemical catalysts for quantitative or qualitative analysis
• Propose and prepare formulations with different excipients or solvents to conduct experiments and analytical testing at laboratory scale
• Propose and develop lyophilization product and process or other complex formulation process such as liposome, TFF and viscous product
• Take an active part in scale-up and technology transfer of newly developed products from R&D to manufacturing
• Identify and order materials required to perform development and manufacturing

• Oversee medical device cybersecurity programs, coordinating with clinical engineering and biomedical teams to protect connected clinical technologies.

Operational Security & Incident Response

• Oversee security operations center (SOC) functions and SIEM, SOAR, and DLP technologies.
• Lead incident response and investigation processes, including post‑incident analysis and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and configuration hardening programs.

Architecture, Technology & Innovation

• Partner with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment between security principles and system design.
• Provide security guidance for IT projects, cloud adoption, AI initiatives, and new clinical technology implementations.
• Ensure the secure design, implementation, and continuous cyber governance of the organization’s Epic electronic health record (EHR) environment, spanning access controls, third‑ party risk, and SEER compliance.

Awareness, Training & Culture

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for all employees, contractors, and system users.
• Drive a culture of security awareness and shared accountability across the organization.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Create a metrics and reporting framework to measure program maturity, operational performance, and risk exposure.
• Manage internal and external cybersecurity resources, contracts, and consulting partnerships.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as required in support of The Guthrie Clinic’s mission and objectives.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least one active professional information security certification that requires CPEs such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar required.
• GIAC Certifications (SANS Institute), FAIR, ITIL, PMI, or technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Epic, etc.) preferred.
