THE ROLE
Gemline is seeking a Product Manager to support a portfolio of house and retail brands across multiple product categories. This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from concept through customer delivery, supporting strategic planning, product positioning, launch execution, and ongoing lifecycle management.
The Product Manager manages specific product lines and brand partnerships within the Product Management Team, driving the product roadmap from concept to customer. They partner closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Design, Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to bring compelling, market-relevant products to life and drive category performance through data-driven decision making.
This role reports to the Senior Product Manager and does not include direct supervisory responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct and support strategic business planning for assigned categories, including revenue and margin objectives, in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
• Manage the full product lifecycle across multiple categories, from concept development and pipeline planning through launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
• Drive the product creation process by identifying compelling product and brand opportunities aligned with Gemline strategy, retail brand partners, category needs, and financial goals.
• Ensure products are consumer-relevant, trend-forward, competitively positioned, and deliver a differentiated gifting proposition.
• Partner closely with retail brand partners to identify opportunities, conduct business analyses, and evaluate brand and product performance.
• Analyze U.S. and Canadian market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy, assortment decisions, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Design, Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful execution of product strategies and collections.
• Partner with Marketing on sales enablement and customer-facing marketing strategies and materials.
• Develop and present product strategies, category plans, and product lines to internal stakeholders.
• Own product analytics and reporting, translating sales, forecast, and performance data into actionable product and business decisions.
• Build expertise in Gemline’s product lifecycles, systems, processes, and methodologies, ensuring accurate and timely product data.
• Mentor and support peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management or product marketing, preferably within a consumer goods company with category responsibility.

Daily Responsibilities
40% Machine Building in Shop (Billerica, MA)
· Assembling machines based on assembly drawings provided by engineering
· Ensuring that all machines are built on time, on budget, and 100% correctly
· Working with engineering to fix and modify any parts that are not correct
· Properly documenting build per shop standards
25% Customer Installations
· Commissioning machines onsite and demonstrating system to operators, sanitation, and maintenance and making them excited about the system
· Staying until the customer is 100% satisfied and everything is working properly
10% Solving Down Customers (while in shop)
· Assisting customers over the phone with down machines
· Absolute sense of urgency to get the machine back up and running
25% Customer Service Calls
· Traveling to customer sites to perform routine maintenance
· Make everyone at the customer site excited about the machine and how well it operates
· Includes preventative maintenance conducted during factory shutdown weeks
· A small percentage of this will include emergency service calls which may require some last-minute travel to get the customer back up and running

What You Will Do
In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines and partner with Scrum teams to implement solutions, gaining exposure to every aspect of the system while directly contributing to its success. Key responsibilities include:
Leading system-level operations center sustainment, execution, and reporting.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues to maintain site operations and ensure system reliability.
Developing and upgrading platform capabilities, including operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity components.
Interfacing with and reporting to U.S. Government customers and Program Leadership on system development and operational status.
Preparing integration and implementation documentation, such as plans, procedures, and reports.
Providing reach-back support to teams supporting the operational system in-country.
Analyzing data from operations center hardware, software, and simulations to identify and resolve issues.
Utilizing data analysis results to support root cause identification and resolution.
Collaborating across multi-disciplinary engineering functions to drive performance, improve system functionality, and resolve technical challenges.
This position will be on site in Tewksbury, MA.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with IT, networking, and/or system administration, including: Command and Control (C2) system hardware (e.g., servers, switches, routers), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Virtual Machines/Containers, SQL databases, Active Directory (Windows/Linux), and/or VMware systems.
Experience conducting technical analysis such as data analysis, troubleshooting, and/or identifying root causes.
Experience with virtual and hyper converged platforms.

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Principal MMIC and Module Design Engineer to join Raytheon’s RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services department in Andover, MA. This department develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. The successful candidate will develop state-of-the-art MMIC and module products that support air and missile defense systems and radars. Using advanced semiconductor and module technologies, they will be responsible for the complete product cycle of the MMIC, including concept, design, layout, test, evaluation, and interfacing with the customer.
What You Will Do:
- Develop insights that extend your knowledge in the MMIC design field and form the basis of new concepts, theories, and products
- Design RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF Modules and analog circuitry enabling both receive and transmit behavior
- Consult across MMIC design, module design, test and assembly teams
- Act independently to troubleshoot, and uncover and resolve issues
- Research and develop new technology that results in new product/business opportunities for Raytheon
- Serve as a technical resource and represent the Department as a technical contact to Raytheon and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant work experience with RF/microwave/mm-wave MMIC design, module/subsystem design and test. An advanced STEM degree can count in lieu of some experience)
- Experience with Circuit Simulation tool ADS and in EM tools such as HFSS, Momentum
- Experience designing RF/Microwave MMIC circuits and modules
