Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Planner to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient flow of materials to meet production schedules and customer demands. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, coordination with the customer for shipping finished goods and collaborating with various departments to optimize material availability and minimize production delays. This is a stand-alone position that will report to VP of Business Development & Strategic Projects for the ‘demand planning’ aspect.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain material requirements planning (MRP) systems to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future material needs based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Use of ERP (SAP) to process goods receipt for all materials coming into the facility / ensuring all postings are up to date and accurate.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to optimize material flow and reduce lead times.
• Analyze and report on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions and update inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with customers for outward material shipments per the customer requirement
• Ensure accurate documentation (invoice / packing slides / markings on finished goods etc.) as per customer requirements
• Use of customer portals to upload requirement shipping documents
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
• Day to day demand planning analysis with customer and level numbers for smooth operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (Preferred SAP) for material planning / scheduling / forecasting / invoicing and production planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP).
• Masters in Industrial engineering (beneficial for production planning process).
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Materials Planner or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Industrial engineering background

JOB DESCRIPTION: CHIEF ESTIMATOR

SUMMARY: The Chief Estimator is a critical member of the Guido team, as we partner with our clients and design teams to develop project programs, conceptual estimates, budgets, schedules, and all follow-up activities. The Chief Estimator must have a proven desire to manage, direct, and work with others to achieve success and provide design assistance; investigate and offer design/construction options and solutions; prepare budgets and estimates; prepare documents for subcontractor/supplier bidding; manage the bid process; assist in developing project schedules and logistics plans; support the construction team; maintain historic pricing models; and provide post-construction client follow-up.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (other duties may be required)

• Manage and mentor a team of estimators, reviewing, and approving all bids and proposals.
• Develop strategies for each assigned project and organize the team to execute successfully.
• Analyze project specifications, identify potential risks, and develop bid strategies to maximize profitability.
• Develop comprehensive estimates, including takeoff, material, labor, equipment, subcontractor costs, and profit margins.
• Maintain and update cost data, including historical, labor, and material rates.
• Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form, and other bid solicitation information as required.
• Work with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to clarify scope and finalize project costs
• Build effective relationships with customers, design team, specialty contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support the company's core values and meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
• Collaborate with the VP of Preconstruction to allocate resources effectively and manage the workload of the estimating team.
• Take lead in preparing GMPs/Brings GMP’s to closure.
• Drive Deadlines and Achieve Results.
• Review of all contracts and front-end documents. Work closely with legal counsel to incorporate proposals and contract negotiations.
• Lead and mentor the estimating team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the growth and development of the estimating team.
• Actively participate in industry, client, and community relations initiatives that support strategic growth objectives.
• Market work to existing clients by participating in project interviews and public events.
• Support Operations during subcontractor negotiations and project hand-off.
• Actively participate in succession planning of estimating staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or Engineering. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating construction projects.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to navigate various estimating, scheduling, and database platforms (Destini, a plus) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to balance commitments and maintain flexibility to jump in-and-out of projects on short notice
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Ability to meet and work within critical deadlines and under moderate pressure
• Ability to rally a team to innovatively accomplish complex goals under tight deadlines

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: ASPE certification is a plus, but not required.

Estimator – Industrial Construction

Green Key Resources is partnered with a well-established general contractor specializing in industrial construction to identify an Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction & Estimating

Qualifications

Candidates should meet one of the following:

• 5+ years of on-site experience in concrete, structural steel, process piping, boiler work, millwright, or electrical disciplines

OR

• 5+ years supporting project management or project engineering with experience in cost control, scheduling, or change management

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe/Bluebeam
• Experience with estimating or project management software preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage commercial Electrical construction projects in the San Antonio area. The Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

This role works closely with general contractors, field teams, engineers, and clients to ensure successful execution of electrical systems on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontracted work.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $103,450 - $186,210.

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

• Collaborate with GTM and Solution Engineering to create integration blueprints, API playbooks, and sandbox environments that reduce time-to-value for new partners.
• Define certification standards and reference architectures for recurring vertical use cases.
• Share insights and findings across GoDaddy Commerce to shape our long-term platform strategy for embedded commerce and payments.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.

You might also have...
