From concept through commissioning, we focus on building high-performing systems that improve operational efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability.
As our project portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support automation and digital integration initiatives across a range of industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Design electrical power distribution, motor control, and automation systems
- Develop control strategies aligned with client requirements and site constraints
- Produce electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation
- Select and specify components such as PLCs, drives, sensors, and MCC equipment
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. electrical codes and standards
- Support equipment procurement and vendor coordination
- Assist with engineering estimates and technical proposal development
Client & Field Support
- Interface directly with clients in both office and field settings
- Conduct site assessments and support active project execution
- Maintain strong professional relationships with project stakeholders
Commissioning & Startup (as needed)
- Support installation and integration of electrical and automation systems
- Participate in testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities
- Provide startup support to ensure successful project handoff
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in electrical and controls design
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state
- Strong knowledge of U.S. electrical codes and industrial standards
- Experience in heavy industrial environments such as mining, marine, or bulk material handling is preferred
- Ability to contribute to scope development and engineering estimates
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and collaborative
