Role - Account Executive, Smart Building Solutions
As an Account Executive for Smart Building Solutions, you’ll own a pipeline of target accounts and drive new customer acquisition in facilities and portfolio environments (owners/operators, FM providers, data center operators, and adjacent ecosystems). You’ll sell consultatively—often starting with a pilot and expanding into broader rollouts across sites.

Position Overview
We are seeking Automation Technicians with hands-on experience supporting automated manufacturing, robotics, or warehouse automation environments. This role is critical to maintaining continuous system operation and minimizing downtime across highly automated equipment and production systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, and performing both reactive and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced, high-automation setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain continuous operation of automated, robotic, and material handling systems by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying components
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and return equipment to service quickly and safely

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or engineering
-Relevant work experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, or related field with 1-3 years relevant experience in product management
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Proficient with the analytical side of Excel
- Collaboration with customers

We have an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager of our Rolling Products to develop, execute and own strategy for our product lines under Clopay, Cornell & Cookson brands. This role will be responsible for management of our current line, as well as future innovation. This will include developing a deep understanding of the assigned product and target segments to create plans for new product development efforts, product roadmaps and promotional initiatives as well as product management responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in new product ideation & commercialization, possess natural curiosity, and has the ability to deeply understand segmented audiences and translate their needs into our product marketing business strategy.
Essentials Functions/Accountabilities:
- Market research to identify new product and market opportunities and define them to the organization.
- Ability to create financial analysis, forecasts, pricing strategies and competitive analysis for new product initiatives.
- Own and perform product portfolio management for assigned segment, identifying potential gaps and prospects within channels and markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to introduce new products to the market in accordance with launch schedules.
- Gather competitive intelligence and amass for easy reference.
- Utilize StageGate process for New Product Development initiatives
- Development of marketing plans including product launches, technical documentation, demonstrations, and promotions as required.
- Work with Sales and Marketing Communications teams to develop effective marketing campaigns for launched products.
