Our team is currently looking for a Risk Manager for a critical greenfield construction project. This role is responsible for supporting project teams in identifying, assessing and managing risk across the full project lifecycle, ensuring risk management processes, reporting and mitigation strategies are implemented to protect project objectives related to schedule, cost, quality and safety.
About you:
- Proven experience in project risk management within large capital projects, preferably in Pharma, Bio-tech, or Nuclear industries
- Strong knowledge of project controls and project execution processes
- Experience with risk analysis tools such as Acumen, @Risk, Safran or PRA
- Understanding of Monte Carlo analysis and three-point estimation techniques
- Ability to evaluate risk impacts on cost, schedule and project performance
- Ability to facilitate workshops and present complex information clearly to leadership and stakeholder teams
About the role:
- Facilitate identification, assessment, and prioritization of project risks across technical, commercial, operational, and external areas.
- Lead and facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and training sessions with project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update risks within the Risk Management System (e.g., 12C) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and support implementation of risk response and mitigation plans with risk owners.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations where applicable.
- Prepare and deliver regular risk reports highlighting key risks, mitigation actions, and residual exposure.
- Support development of project execution plans, risk management plans, and project control documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk mitigation measures into project schedules, cost plans, and delivery strategies.

Summary Job Description: The Witmer Group is seeking a high-performance Estimator to support continued growth in masonry restoration and concrete repair. This role is designed for a disciplined, results-driven professional who understands that estimating is not just pricing work — it requires strong technical knowledge combined with client-facing professionalism and a proactive business development mindset.
What Success Looks Like:
- Produces accurate, well-scoped estimates that inform the customer of our intended work and minimize post-award surprises.
- Demonstrates disciplined take-off and cost development processes.
- Identifies risk exposures in contract documents and communicates them clearly.
- Maintains a structured bid follow-up process to improve close rate.
- Actively builds and maintains relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, and referral partners.
- Contributes to improved company-wide win rates through thoughtful pursuit strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop detailed masonry restoration estimates from site visits or plans and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and solicit competitive subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Review bid documents for scope gaps, risk allocation, bonding, and insurance requirements.
- Prepare conceptual budgets and change order pricing as needed.
- Collaborate with operations to validate production assumptions and labor strategies.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and job walks.
- Maintain organized estimating files and historical cost data.
- Support transition to project management with complete and organized turnover documentation.
- Proactively follow up on bids and pursue awarded opportunities.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education is helpful, including trade school, technical institute, or college coursework related to construction, engineering, architecture, or building science.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.
Industry & Technical Experience
- Experience in masonry or masonry restoration is valuable but not required – candidates with experience as a structural engineer, façade inspector, or related building envelope professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Prior estimating experience preferred but not required for candidates with strong technical field knowledge.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents with strong attention to scope clarity and risk identification.
- Experience with drone-based documentation or inspection is a plus. FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.

The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager that will provide leadership and direction for successful data center project completion. The Project Manager will provide a keen focus on the quality delivery and profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring that the schedule and project goals for the job are met. It is critical that the Project Manager perform this work within the policies, ethical standards and objectives of Hermanson Company.
Project Managers will also be responsible for employee training and development (including their own growth and development), coordination with other departments and group managers to help meet strategic company goals, and for providing world-class customer service and building strong customer trust and relationships.
The successful Project Management candidate will have the technical and working knowledge generally achieved from at least 5 – 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry in capacities that would provide direct experience and exposure to Project Manager duties.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000. (The compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience).
Qualifications
The successful Project Management candidate will have the technical and working knowledge generally achieved from at least 5 - 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry in capacities that would provide direct experience and exposure to project manager duties. In addition, we are seeking someone who:
- Has a proven track record of excellent customer relations and problem solving.
- Has a strong technical knowledge of mechanical system operations,
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
- Preparing client and subcontractor change orders.
- Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
- Coordination of work with trades, subcontractors and vendors.
- Coach and mentor project team members.
- Develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors.
- Is an accomplished team player.
- Can demonstrate solid computer and online navigation skills
- Has good math, communication, and reasoning ability and strong business skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred or equivalent education and experience.

The Diesel Fleet Mechanic position optimizes the department workflow, quality, & efficiency through maintaining equipment in a well-trained & an effective / collaborative team environment. This position supports the fleet and is responsible for maintaining mobile equipment and systems to provide dependable support to the Lancaster, PA and Baltimore, MD locations. They will support the fleet in an accurate and efficient manner while observing regulatory requirements and company safety policies / procedures.
Responsibilities
- Performs inspection, maintenance, & repairs on heavy duty vehicles (trucks, tow motors, trailers, etc.)
- Responsible for diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, electrical trouble shooting, steering, & cooling systems
- Tracks and monitors all maintenance work through the RTA software program
- Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment:
- Ensures all jobs in the shop and plant area are completed in a proficient and safe manner
- Uses computers to issue parts and update comments on work orders/task list including diagnostic programs for engines and hydraulic systems, etc.
- Ensures all personal protective equipment is used as needed
- Monitors garage / plant for supply stock and cleanliness
- Establishes & maintains effective communication / coordination with staff & management:
- Coordinate with dispatch / drivers to schedule routine maintenance & discuss problems
- Provide professional & respectful treatment to drivers, visitors, employees, & management
- Inform management of area activities & significant problems
- Carry a communication device & monitor it at all times while clocked in
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Mechanical knowledge of tools and machines, including their uses, repair, & maintenance required
- Valid Class A CDL strongly preferred
- 1-5 years' related experience preferred
- Basic Welding Experience preferred

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

- 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
- 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development
- 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
- A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
- A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
- 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
