Role Overview

The client is currently in the middle of a large M&A integration, bringing together data from 8th Avenue and existing PCB systems across multiple ERPs. The data environment is still early in maturity, and the focus is on standing up a practical MDM foundation using Stibo STEP rather than a full enterprise rollout. This role will lead the design and implementation of master data consolidation across Customer and Finished Goods domains, working closely with Data Quality, Governance, and Data Engineering teams. The position is a mix of architecture and hands-on configuration, focused on building scalable, reusable MDM processes and establishing core governance and data integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of master data consolidation for 8th Ave to PCB integration
• Develop conceptual and logical data models for Customer and Item domains
• Design and implement match/merge and survivorship rules, including search-before-create logic
• Build and manage cross-reference mappings between legacy and target systems
• Define MDM architecture, including data flows, integration patterns, and system interactions
• Establish governance framework including CRUD ownership, data stewardship, and integrity controls
• Align closely with Data Quality Technical Lead on data quality rules and processes
• Assess and harmonize Customer and Product hierarchies across systems
• Integrate MDM with enterprise data catalog (metadata, lineage, business glossary)
• Identify gaps in current MDM setup and contribute to future roadmap
• Collaborate with business, ERP, and data teams to gather and refine requirements
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-production issue resolution
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to internal teams

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in end-to-end MDM implementations, preferably using Stibo STEP
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, match/merge, survivorship rules, and hierarchies
• Experience working as both architect and hands-on configurator (design + build)
• Strong understanding of data integrity, cross-referencing, and multi-system data consistency
• Experience defining and implementing MDM governance (CRUD ownership, stewardship workflows)
• Ability to work in low data maturity environments and drive structure
• Experience leading cross-functional design discussions with business and ERP teams
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data management practices
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and REST APIs
• Experience working with search technologies (Elastic Search or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Stibo STEP SaaS implementations in Customer or Product domains
• Experience in M&A data integration or system consolidation
• Exposure to Oracle JDE environment
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms
• Experience with Boomi MDH or other integration tools

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate performance of projects and field construction activities. Skills in RFP response, proposal writing, preconstruction, estimating, safety, budget management, and project closeout are also required.  

Depending on the size and/or scope of the project, the Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the project team, including, but not limited to: 

• RFP response and proposal writing on designated pursuits.
• Assisting the Preconstruction team with preconstruction activities and assignments, including estimates. 
• Oversight and management of multiple projects from preconstruction through the closeout/warranty period. 
• Reviewing all contract documents and site conditions to determine appropriate means, methods, and techniques.  
• Forecasting project financial status, maintaining accurate financial reports monthly, and preparing monthly project reviews. 
• Running progress meetings, owner/architect meetings, and subcontractor pre-installation meetings.  

Business Development 

• Building relationships with existing and prospective clients. 
• Actively engaged in industry and trade associations. 
• Participate in the RFP and bid process to ensure the company's success.  
• Preparing for project interviews by rehearsing and performing advanced research. 

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years’ full in-charge project management experience required. 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to details, and organizational skills.  
• Working knowledge of Procore is desirable.  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

You might also have...

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields
