Job Summary:

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across our core platforms including the Provider Portal, Staff Portal, Pharmacy Portal, and third-party integrations. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities. The Team Lead oversees feature planning, estimation, and execution, ensures adherence to architectural standards and best practices, and mentors engineers to support professional growth and technical excellence. This position plays a critical role in driving delivery quality, fostering team collaboration, and aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives. This position reports to the Director of Engineering Operations (or equivalent engineering leadership role).

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.

• Manage the successful completion of feature-level and release-level initiatives assigned to the team.

• Oversee sprint planning, estimation, and delivery to ensure commitments are met with high quality and predictability.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, and Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Contribute hands-on to the design, development, and review of full-stack features using .NET, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL.

• Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and secure software development principles.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in .NET and C# development

• 5+ years of experience with Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript

• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design

• Proficiency with ORMs such as Entity Framework

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL or equivalent cloud platforms

The Site Manager oversees installation, pre-operation, and commissioning activities, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and safety standards. Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (highly preferred)

• Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data
• Proofreading data for compliance to the requirement(s)
• Managing the data deliverable schedule and providing the data to the customer on-time
• Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data
• Running forecast reports and providing them to the appropriate stakeholders
• Providing metrics related to on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request
• Reviewing and approving sub-tier supplier statements of work for data requirements
• Supporting program meetings and providing training to program personnel and customers and/or suppliers
• Handling and protection of Company Intellectual Property (IP) as well as U.S. government IP and classified information

Qualifications you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience OR a related Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience related to data management and/or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support/service role

• Knowledge of U.S. government specifications and instructions such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 5230.24 Distribution Statements on Technical Documents, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) (DoD 5220.22-M)
