Job Description What You’ll Do Lead and oversee the maintenance for a 24/7 automated distribution facility.

Manage a team of 14 (2 leads, 6 Tech II, 6 Tech I) with a healthy and collaborative relationship with operations leadership.

Balance responsibilities between office and floor (roughly 60/40) depending on the day.

Drive reliability and continuous improvement — from preventative maintenance to implementing process changes that enhance uptime and throughput.

Partner closely with leadership to increase engagement and drive buy-in for process initiatives.

Oversee equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair, and contractor/vendor maintenance activity.

Execute and evolve the Preventative Maintenance Plan while tracking key metrics like uptime and PM compliance.

Ensure all work meets FDA and cGMP quality standards.

Lead budget oversight and resource planning to meet production and quality goals.

Serve as a key on-call leader to support operational needs for a 24/7 facility.

Who You Are Experienced: 7+ years in maintenance, ideally in big box automated distribution, fulfillment, or automated manufacturing environments.

Leader: 3+ years managing people — building strong teams, driving performance, and leading through change.

Technically savvy: Strong troubleshooting skills, with proven experience in automated systems and reliability initiatives.

Professional & proactive: Comfortable making decisions and driving execution with a high level of professionalism and accountability.

Adaptable: Willing and able to support a 24/7 operation through on-call leadership responsibilities.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Engineering or related discipline preferred).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions and wearing a full-face respirator.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $101,000.00
- $152,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Job Summary Under minimal supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality.

Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed.

Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line.

Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.

Mentor all maintenance personnel in developing appropriate skillsets and knowledge of equipment.

Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand.

Perform facility/building project work as assigned.

Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs.

Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production.

Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.

Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems.

Ability to certify on all industrial lift equipment.

Pickers, Reaches, Skates, Booms, Scissor lifts, etc.

Oversee projects as assigned.

Projects will include minor space renovations, inventory management, contractor oversight, and building efficiency improvements.

Oversee, inspect, and monitor the routine maintenance provided by junior engineers.

Will also provide guidance and training as needed.

Required Experience: Education High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.

Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification.

Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems
- Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Must be willing to learn new equipment as it is brought on-line.

Physical activities necessary to perform one or more essential functions of the position.

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

• Collaborate with GTM and Solution Engineering to create integration blueprints, API playbooks, and sandbox environments that reduce time-to-value for new partners.
• Define certification standards and reference architectures for recurring vertical use cases.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
