A growing consulting firm is seeking an Industrial Hygienist to perform a variety of field studies, such as airborne chemical monitoring, noise monitoring, mold assessments, and asbestos surveys, for their clients in the Jackson, MS region.
The role:
- Manage and deliver on the existing industrial hygiene projects and asbestos services in the region.
- Prepare proposals for and lead industrial hygiene assessments, asbestos, lead-based paint, and other hazardous materials surveys for various clients.
- Conduct and lead IH sampling, IH exposure assessments, document site activities, results analysis, and make written recommendations.
- Work collaboratively within the department to provide support for other technical areas.

Responsibilities
- Efficient setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and other complex multi-axis (5-axis/6-axis) machining centers to produce component parts in accordance with engineering drawings, internal sketches, or other specifications provided by engineering/USN
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions while understanding GD&T requirements
- Select tooling, adjust offsets, and verify machine parameters for complex geometries
- Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM, and other precision instruments
- Perform some follow-up operations, such as deburring, polishing, and grinding
- Maintain safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and DoD standards
- Document production, quality, and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and fellow machinists to resolve production issues
- Communicate with team members to produce quality parts to specification

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or CNC Machining Technology certification (2-year program)- Preferred

The Role
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) owns and facilitates tasks as outlined by the Project Manager or Project Executive, within the projects assigned.
Assistant Project Managers provide support and communication for successful project completion. APM’s provide a focus on the day-to-day details of these projects, including relaying correspondence between field and office (both internally and externally), ordering equipment, and managing project documentation. These duties help the Project Manager/Project Executive ensure that the schedule and project goals for the job are met. It is critical that they perform this work within the policies, ethical standards and objectives of Hermanson Company.
The Assistant Project Manager’s duties and responsibilities may be specialized toward HVAC and Plumbing Plan Spec type projects, Design/Build type projects or a combination of both depending on the experience and qualifications of the individual.
- Work with the department leader on business/personal development plan
- Develop submittal packages and check for accuracy compared to drawings and building standards.
- Draft equipment POs and check for accuracy compared to drawings, submittals, quotes, and building standards.
- Update equipment procurement logs.
- Track delivery of equipment orders.
- Understand construction schedules and how they were developed.
- Assess drawing updates and determine if there are scope impacts.
- Coordinate with the field, client, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Understand the basics of estimating.
- Quantity/Material takeoffs of engineered drawings.
- Conceptual estimating from architectural drawings or no drawings at all.

- Assist the Project Manager and Account Executive in keeping all projects billed and assist in the collection of your invoices before they become 60 days past due.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000. (The compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience).

RNGD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large, complex infrastructure projects or multiple mid‑sized projects simultaneously. This role serves as the company’s primary management representative responsible for cost control, schedule execution, team leadership, and client satisfaction.

The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager that will provide leadership and direction for successful data center project completion. The Project Manager will provide a keen focus on the quality delivery and profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring that the schedule and project goals for the job are met. The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $3,000 -$4,000 total per course. For an asynchronous Start Anytime Online course, this position is paid $165 per final student course grade submitted each month; a reasonable estimate ranges from $660 - $21,285 total per course; and monthly payments typically begin within 6 months after the course start date. General Duties

WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Candidates located outside the designated office locations may qualify for full remote work, subject to company policy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A PE is also required. Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete, steel, and aluminum structures. Experience with cable design is preferred.
The primary duties associated with this position include:
- The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.
- Performing challenging 3-dimensional structural analyses and designs for a wide variety of clients using various state-of-the-art design software, including RISA 3D, SAP, RAM, and RISA Foundation.
- Responsible for serving as lead project engineer, i.e., taking responsibility for developing design, preparing detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and specifications. This includes coordinating the work of junior team members and amongst other trades.
- Solving engineering problems using experience, judgment, and education and knowing when to ask for assistance when required.
- Write and review related reports for the services provided.
- Scoping projects and assisting project managers with proposal creation.
- Serving as a Quality Control reviewer for the designs of team members.
- Assisting the Team Leader in initiating, developing, and implementing continuous team improvement initiatives.
- Supporting structural work in our building projects within the Structural Facilities Group as workload warrants.

- Communicating with client representatives, contractors, and suppliers.
- Participating in site visits/inspections/documentation during construction.
