Ensure integrity of quality built into production processes so finished products meet expectations.
Establish Quality inspection requirements from design team and/or from other stakeholders on lines.
Actively observe the processes and/or research product specifications to determine standards.
Create Quality inspection criteria for all stations on lines including Final QC inspection.
Develop specific “Built in Quality” verification checks to meet Quality/Regulatory requirements.
Participate with stakeholders (like Design leads, Process Engineers) in development of Process Flow/PFMEA and complete Control plans.
Develop inspection, measurement, and testing activities to ensure high productivity and technical integrity.
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track, monitor and improve Quality performance in area of responsibility.
Develop systems to monitor inspection results/quality defects using statistical data analysis and proactively identify top issues/opportunities for improvement.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and make recommendations for improvement.
Implement countermeasures for root cause of problems to eliminate defects.
Use Problem solving tools like 5-Why, 8D, A3 to determine preventive/corrective actions for top quality issues.
Apply Problem solving to quality issues concerning internal manufactured & external purchased products.
Coordinate and collaborate with production staff on implementation of cost reduction activities.
Apply “Built in Quality” approach Design, Manufacture, & Construct phases.
Work with stakeholders from all 3 phases to address their top issues, by improving Quality inspection/problem solving.
Play active role in continuous improvement of quality inspection processes.
Conducts Trials to test ideas and opportunities for continuous improvement of materials, processes, and workmanship.

Job Details Position Overview The Controller will play a critical role as an integral member of the finance leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will provide oversight of all accounting functions, ensure strong financial controls, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; coursework in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

Job Details Position Overview The Controller will play a critical role as an integral member of the finance leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will provide oversight of all accounting functions, ensure strong financial controls, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth.
The Controller will serve as a proactive business partner to site leadership and collaborate across all departments to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Provide financial analysis, management reporting, planning, and accounting support to the business.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and oversee the general ledger, chart of accounts, and system-generated reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team including the Assistant Controller, Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Associates.
Deliver monthly results commentary, financial analysis, and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making.
Conduct product costing analysis and review excess/obsolete inventory.
Track and report on capital expenditure projects.
Implement and strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and system efficiencies.
Partner with leadership on ERP initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; coursework in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
CPA designation strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting/financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems; hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Business Central highly desirable.
Strong computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in Word and Outlook.
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience with ERP implementations and driving process improvements.
Solid knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial best practices.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
