Primary Responsibilities
- Participate with the Project Principal, Managing Director – Retail, and Director of Construction on the site plan, budget model, and schedule for potential new developments.
- Assist with site investigations documenting pre-construction conditions.
- Identify any potential issues that may incur additional project costs to overcome (e.g., grading, storm water quality or quantity control, wetlands, floodplains, easements, access, utilities, entitlements).
- Maintain critical dates, schedule, and document management to track the due diligence/inspection process.
- Review and analyze project documents including construction plans and specifications, due diligence documents, utility agreements, and municipal code.
- Familiarity with permitting and entitlement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
- Qualified candidates without the relevant experience will have the opportunity for training and practical learning.
- 0 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, site planning, and land development preferred.
- Knowledge of site planning, site engineering, and storm water design and management.
- Knowledge of site development (i.e. conceptual site planning, entitlements, due diligence, engineering).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of project budget based on the takeoff estimate
- Plan, organize and manage the construction project in all areas from start to successful completion including contract proposal, budget, change orders, materials procurement, billing, and collection.

Position Overview
We are seeking Maintenance Technicians with hands-on experience supporting automated manufacturing, robotics, or warehouse automation environments. This role is critical to maintaining continuous system operation and minimizing downtime across highly automated equipment and production systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, working with PLC-controlled equipment, and performing both reactive and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced, high-automation setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain continuous operation of automated, robotic, and material handling systems by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying components
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and return equipment to service quickly and safely
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic systems and process support equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and complex automated system drawings
- Work with PLC-controlled equipment and assist in automation system diagnostics

- Perform equipment calibrations, re-qualifications, and system validations per schedule

Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management of aluminum extrusions, powder coating, castings, fabricated metals, and other products. This role is critical to developing a resilient, cost-effective, and globally competitive supply base. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize cost, ensure continuity, and improve supplier performance across multiple commodities. Essential Functions
- Develop and lead sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and other assigned commodities in alignment with business goals and global market conditions.

- Generate and maintain various top management flash reports and monthly market overview reports on key commodities.

The primary responsibility for this position is to analyze and prepare work pouches for electrical distribution and transmission systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assemble all necessary information for a complete job pouch.
- Identify SRS outages and isolation points.
- Research, build, update and progress work orders through multiple software systems.

- Promote continuous improvement through trend analysis and proactive safety engagement.
- Champion a strong safety culture by leading the Plant Safety Team and serving as program lead for SafeStart (or similar behavioral-based safety programs).
- Conduct hazard assessments, determine and manage PPE requirements, and monitor compliance with OSHA standards.
- Partner with leadership and employees to strengthen safe behaviors through training, coaching, and audits.
- Oversee completion and tracking of required EHS training for employees and contractors.
- Partner with department leaders to identify needs, approve qualified resources, and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely regulatory filings, including OSHA incident logs, Tier II, SARA 313, RCRA, wastewater testing, and air emissions reports.
- Represent the facility during regulatory inspections, audits, and agency communications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive EHS experience in chemical manufacturing or similarly regulated industries.
- Experience working in a PSM-covered facility is required.
- CSP and/or CIH certification preferred.
- Expert understanding and application of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations in manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading or supporting OSHA PSM programs.
- Strong knowledge of RCRA hazardous waste management, air permitting, wastewater compliance, and EPA-mandated plans (e.g., SPCC).
- Demonstrated success in leading behavioral-based safety initiatives and influencing organizational safety culture.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with consistent, timely delivery of results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Summary:
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment across all operations within the freight logistics company. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. The Safety Coordinator works closely with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management to prevent accidents, reduce risk, and enhance safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and enforce company-wide safety programs and policies, ensuring driver and employee compliance with industry regulations.
· Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across terminals, warehouses, and transportation operations.
· Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and other relevant federal and state regulations.
· Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance.
· Deliver safety training programs to drivers, warehouse staff, and other personnel, including defensive driving, hazard recognition, and emergency procedures.
· Assist in developing emergency response procedures and ensure all employees are aware of protocols.
· Collaborate with HR, operations, and management teams to address safety concerns and implement improvements.
· Track safety performance metrics and report trends, recommendations, and progress to management.
· Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across all departments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in safety coordination, preferably in freight, logistics, or transportation.
· Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, FMCSA regulations, and industry best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
