Practice opportunity details include:
Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine required
Join five Geriatricians in the ambulatory clinic, along with 9 APPs, and full-time nursing staff
There are 50 hospitalists and a dedicated geriatric hospitalist to assist with hospital admissions

Opportunity Details- Our growing practice includes additional OB/GYN physicians, OB/GYN Advanced Practice Providers, and dedicated support staff

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Engineer – Capital Projects to support the successful execution of capital project initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations and systems meet design specifications, performance expectations, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and hands-on experience in inspection, validation, and documentation within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and document compliance of MEP systems with design specifications, URS requirements, and regulatory standards
- Inspect electrical equipment installations and wiring methods to ensure adherence to approved designs and local code requirements
- Validate installation quality and ensure alignment with vendor specifications and engineering standards
- Review instrument calibration certificates and ensure proper documentation of calibration activities
- Perform loop testing and support commissioning activities for electrical and instrumentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and project management to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions
- Support documentation processes including validation protocols, reports, and compliance records

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries
- 5+ years of experience in MEP engineering within capital projects or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and wiring standards
- Experience with installation verification, commissioning, and validation processes

We are hiring Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to strengthen the reliability, observability, and operational excellence of Qira’s AI systems across device, edge, and cloud. Depending on your strengths, you may be aligned to areas such as Observability, Operations, or Service Reliability.
Works with the speed and creativity of a startup inside— you’ll help build foundational systems with clarity, ownership, and modern engineering practices.

What You Might Work On
As an SRE, you may be responsible for a subset of the following, depending on team placement and skill alignment:
Reliability & Systems Engineering
- Support the reliability, availability, and performance of distributed systems across cloud, edge, and device environments.
- Help define, measure, and monitor SLIs and SLOs for core services.
- Identify reliability risks and collaborate with senior engineers on mitigation plans.
Operational Excellence
- Participate in on‑call rotations and assist with incident response and post‑incident reviews.

- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or production systems operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Foundational experience supporting distributed systems in production.
- Ability to write scripts or tools in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking basics, and system performance fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
