Kelly Government Solutions is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join the KGS team, in support of the mission of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This position will provide direct medical care and treatment for the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) in Bethesda, Maryland. This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner will deliver clinical care and coordinate patient management within a multidisciplinary craniofacial/maxillofacial surgery team. Responsibilities include developing and managing comprehensive clinical care plans for research participants, leading the Craniofacial Consult service, supporting surgical procedures from pre- to post-operative phases, and collaborating with clinical and research teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive and problem-focused history and physical exams

Coordinate consult service and team evaluations

Oversee peri-operative planning and inpatient coordination

Collaborate with research nurse, coordinator, fellows, and laboratory staff

Present patient cases at weekly team meetings

Assess family pedigrees and craniofacial anomalies

Interpret lab results and diagnostic procedures

Implement therapeutic interventions

Assist with protocol participant screening and patient recruitment

Request and summarize outside medical records

Order/perform diagnostic procedures (EMG, ECG, labs, X-rays, CT, MRI, etc.)

Prepare surgical treatment plans and case presentations

Perform minor outpatient procedures and regional anesthesia

Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic craniofacial procedures

Assist in surgeries, manage medications, and provide referrals

Counsel patients on health maintenance and conduct pre/post-op rounds

Provide on-call coverage for surgical cases (approx. 2 weeks/month)

Complete timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

A certificate for training as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and current or pending license in Maryland- Must be free from discipline

At least one year of experience in surgical or emergency care

Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for occasional after-hours work.

Education:

Work Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience required on construction projects. Large-scale commercial project experience is preferred.
• Experience in building high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects successfully from start to finish.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams of internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively across multiple audiences

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel
• OSHA 30-hour certification / eligibility
• Working knowledge of construction management software platforms and tools, including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, and P6
• Working knowledge of applicable safety and building regulations (i.e., OSHA)

Summary

We are seeking a Superintendent to join our Project Team during 2nd shift (2p-12a) on a large Federal Project that includes new construction and renovation, with full tenant interiors buildout, and high level of finishes. The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors’ work. Position Overview

The Development Associate will report to the Director of Affordable Housing and play a lead role in the execution of affordable focused multifamily developments across the full real estate development lifecycle. Position: Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide the highest level of customer service to existing and potential residents, demonstrated through both attitude and a sense of urgency to respond to customers’ needs. As the maintenance technician onsite, assume proactive and proprietary interest in for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Property Manager with technical support from the Blairs Facilities Supervisor, Chief Engineer, and VP of Engineering.

As the maintenance technician on site, responsibilities include, (but are not limited to):

• Ensure timely completion of maintenance service requests.
• Record all maintenance and/or repair performed in accordance with the guidelines established by management or policy/procedure.
• Responsible for the vigilant pursuit of improvements or repairs needed on a proactive basis (without a service request assigned).
• Responsible for the coordination and recordation of all maintenance/safety related inspections (i.e., smoke detectors, water treatment, temperatures, etc.).
• Responsible for communicating any issue of concern, whether technical or customer oriented, to supervisors to ensure consistency in resolution.
• Monitor/walk vacant apartments weekly, or more often if directed, and complete make-ready process of vacant apartments in a timely manner. Ensure system data is updated upon completion and communicate with Property Manager upon completion.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to include building has adequate stock for daily operations, working within prescribed budget and cost limitations.
• Ensure the maintenance shop is organized and maintained for efficiency, as well as for compliance to safety standards.
• Schedule, assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors. Ensure completion to Tower’s standards and expectations per the approved work order scope given.
• Assist with the Preventative Maintenance Program as scheduled and directed. Coordinate special projects as directed by the Property Manager or the VP, Engineering.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems. Communicate any systems issues or problems to the Property Manager as well as the Chief Engineer at the Blairs. If escalated, report major issues to the VP, Engineering.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas and performing work within the parking garage and surfaces.
• Complete snow or ice removal prior to business hours, (7am) and treat walks and public surfaces to ensure safety for our employees and residents.
• Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
• Complete payroll time sheets weekly to record working hours.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
• Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Maintain a high rating, or high positive score for all customer reviews.
• This job requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly; You will often be exposed to elements, as there is some work required to be performed outside of the building. Required skills and attitudes:

• This position requires a rotational shift of on-call duties after normal business hours.
