Coordinate and manage large scale manufacturing and warehousing construction and system implementation projects for Medline Industries both domestic and international.
Job Description CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and is responsible for identifying key stakeholders and obtaining their collaboration.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
Establishes schedules and project plans and specifications for all assigned projects.
Measure and report on status of the project both financially and go-live dates Set Project specifications by studying project requirements, and standards; completing technical studies and developing preparing cost estimates.
Responsible for reviewing bids from contractors or vendors and choosing partners that bring the best value to the company.
Control costs by approving expenditures and seeking authorizations from the upper management as needed.

Manage business systems and project /construction (including but not limited to: conveyor installs, pick module installs, parking lot, warehouse, office, and clean room buildouts) work from beginning, through to completion.
Provide proactive leadership and direction for the Engineering / Operations Teams.
This position will assist in starting up and handing off operations to the leadership team at designated project site.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant Work Experience At least 5 year experience managing projects in a manufacturing (production & warehouse) environment is required At least 5 years experience with either greenfield construction, project management, or continuous improvement.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.
In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.
Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

The following responsibilities are expected though not limited to for a Senior Systems Integration & Test II Engineer (EW)
Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off.
Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
Test EW hardware and software builds.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience

Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events
Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development activities
Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment

Experience with security requirements related to government testing
