Job Summary

Oversees the operations of the Heart Station and staff on a daily basis.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Completion of a 2-4 year diagnostic ultrasound program from an accredited institution
• ARDM/RDCS or CCI (registered Cardiac stenographer) - must maintain active and in good standing throughout employment
• Prior experience in clinical ultrasound
• American Heart Association BLS must maintain active and in good standing throughout employment

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching the newest technology and equipment within the market and participates in the selection of equipment & supplies for the Heart Station, in collaboration with the Echo MD’s.
• Performs studies (i.e. pre-surgical cases, OR cases for echo cardiograph, etc.).
• • Creates departmental schedule, supervises on-call rotation, and serves as back up on call tech when needed.
• • Collects research data for physicians in collaboration with the Research department.
• • Assists the leader in creating, editing, and updating policies and procedures for the Heart Station team.
• • Identifies and corrects minor equipment malfunctions and software issues and refers major technical malfunctions to the appropriate team (i.e. biomedical engineering or IT services).
• • Responsible for providing proper coverage for the clinics & ensures appropriate amount of echo techs are scheduled. Accountable for providing the proper equipment & IT infrastructure to conduct Echo’s.
• • Institutes new procedures and keeps abreast of new procedures and theories.
• • Summons qualified personnel immediately if an emergency situation develops or if a patient is in apparent distress.
• • Orients, trains, and evaluates technologists regarding the policies and procedures of the department.
• • Assists the Director/Manager in preparing the annual departmental capital and operational budget requests for machines needed in the heart station; selects equipment.
• • Accountable for the recruiting, selection, and evaluation of technical staff.
• • Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary teams; shares information within timelines to aid top outcomes for patients and families.
• • Evaluates staff competencies including peer to peer observation. Performs QA on images, conclusive diagnostics, and study accuracy in preparation for presentation to the physician.
• • Prepares monthly reports regarding volume, complexity of cases, number of sedations, average time of case and completeness of studies for the Heart Station leadership team.
• • Selects, trains, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff, provides input to the performance improvement plan to maximize quality and safety.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Five years of experience in cardiac clinical ultrasound highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working within a multidisciplinary team to optimize the patient and family experience
• Knowledge of budgeting and capital budgeting process is preferred
• Demonstrates experience with vendor management and top notch negotiation skills preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot imaging equipment and software programs
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Three Dimensional ultrasound , Merge, and Cerner

The Assistant Project Manager will assist the project team and have overall responsibility for the success of assigned project(s) with a focus on budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, and relationship with owners and subcontractors

Select Responsibilities:

• Work with project team to ensure timely completion and accuracy of project information and targets
• Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Prepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashion
• Prepare and communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to the management team
• Provide oversight for all phases of construction, including safety, staffing, and ensuring contract documents are being followed and work is on schedule and within budget
• Foster strong partnership with owner to help the firm continue building on their 80% repeat business with current clients
• Produce and assist in close-out documentation

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or other relevant discipline
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the education, and commercial construction industries
• Successfully managed multiple projects to completion with values ranging from $5M-$100M
• Ability to organize, analyze, and problem solve challenges when they occur on assigned projects
• Effective communication and ability to build/foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

This exempt position will report directly to the Technical Services Manager. This position is responsible for the supervision and performance of the electrical team; ensuring reliable operations of the existing equipment and systems while ensuring cost-effective maintenance is being performed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, assist in planning and executing all corrective, preventive and predictive electrical maintenance tasks for the Aggregate Plant, Primary System and Quarry at the Pennsuco facility, based on engineered maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and runtime.
• Regular maintenance, inspections and evaluations of all power distribution, motor control, instrumentation, PLC & automation/control systems.
• Evaluate and implement necessary power distribution and motor control infrastructure upgrades or enhancements to ensure reliable operation.
• Assist with the implementation and execution of a calendar-based preventive maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment and systems.
• Acquire and allocate resources (internal and external parts, labor and tools) as required to support planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and promote strict adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise and manage the performance of the Electrical Maintenance Technicians through coaching, counseling, and communicating job expectations.
• Train new employees as required and cross-train existing employees to support day-to-day operations and vacancies.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and safe manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
• Must possess or obtain MSHA Surface Electrical license within 18 months.
• 5 years’ minimum experience in a mining or plant electrical leadership role required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and reasoning skills; strong supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC and CFR 30 Part 56 regulatory documents.
• Experience with power distribution systems up to 13.8 kV required, up to 230KV a plus.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance management of electrical equipment related to a large industrial facility, such as MCCs, VFDs, transformers, power lines, large AC and DC motors, DC generators, etc.
• Ability to interpret and create ladder logic diagrams, logic diagrams, process flow diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Excellent computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project. CMMS experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of root cause analysis methodology
• Safety conscious work ethic for the protection of self and all others in the work area.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of limestone quarry operations is preferred.
• Prior heavy equipment experience in a construction or mining environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Ability to work well with others.
• Able to speak, hear, walk, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of working in confined spaces.

The Engineer will provide engineering/technical expertise to solve problems in the electrical utilities area, with close supervision. They are expected to develop skills in their field of study, and the ability to work with greater independence.

They will be assigned to a project that requires utility pole design mapping. They will be given survey packets of the poles they are mapping. These surveys were collected by the people out in the field. With the survey packets they will know the geographic location of the poles and the different assets (wires, boxes, etc.) attached to each pole. They will use all this information to digitally create the design "distribution" map.

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

What you'll get to do...

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence.

Your experience should include...

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
• Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.
