POSITION SUMMARY: CPG is looking for a Project Administrator to join the Commissioning department. This professional will manage and create comprehensive documentation for commissioning projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and commissioning teams to gather information and understand project goals and objectives.
  • Review project plans, technical drawings, and specifications to gain a deep understanding of the systems being commissioned.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including commissioning plans, test procedures, checklists, operating manuals, and technical reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members to gather information and address any questions or concerns related to the documentation.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Implement document control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Organize, label, and maintain electronic document repositories to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of information.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all project-related documentation aligns with company quality standards, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits on documents to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identify and address any inconsistencies, errors, or discrepancies in documentation and / or reports promptly and proactively.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand document requirements, project milestones, and updates.
  • Coordinate with project teams to track and manage the submission, review, and approval of documents according to project schedules.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 0-2 years' experience as a Project Administrator, Document Controller, QA/QC Coordinator, or similar role within the construction or engineering industry preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30%

Overview

Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. This is a hunter role focused on proactive outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and securing qualified demos within federal civilian and DoD agencies as well as non-governmental entities.

This individual will identify target agencies, research key decision-makers, execute structured call campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities that convert into product demonstrations and revenue. The SDR will work closely with the CGO, Nexus technical team, and CFO to move prospects from initial contact through demo, pricing strategy, and contract award.

This is a new and highly visible role that will help establish Pyramid's product sales engine.



Responsibilities

Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach

  • Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.
  • Research and identify target agencies, buying offices, and key decision-makers (COs, PMs, CIO shops, acquisition leadership).
  • Build prospect lists using GovWin, , FPDS, LinkedIn, agency forecasts, and other federal data sources.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring:



Required Skills/Qualifications:









    • 7+ years of experience in systems integration, AV delivery, project management, or related technical operations roles.

    • 3+ years of experience leading project managers, field leaders, or delivery teams.

    • Strong understanding of project management, installation, and field execution workflows.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.

    • Experience driving delivery performance, quality, and financial results at the market level.

    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.





Preferred Skills/Qualifications:





  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.

  • Industry certifications such as PMP, CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D.

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership.

  • Background in operational improvement or change management initiatives.
