Summary: The Operations Manager will report to the Director of Operations as an immediate contact person. In addition to management and supervision of production, the Operations Manager also leads efforts to continuously control costs, improve efficiency, and increase productivity. The Operations Manager will have oversight (in accordance with HR) of line(s) personnel and determine ways to maximize human capital. The Operations Manager will also implement and enforce policies and procedures, coordinate with leaders from other departments, and interact with upper management. The Operations Manager will need to be flexible with work schedules which may include different shifts and additional hours.
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Promoting and implementing values, work ethics, and team concept approach in all supervisory techniques.
- Able to implement continuous and process improvements to enhance the efficiencies of the production floor/lines.
- Participate in the strategic planning process and helps develops long-range plans to meet business profit and growth objectives.
- Develops, reviews, and implements strategies and actions resulting in continuous improvement in safety, product quality, product delivery, productivity, material utilization, customer service, workforce diversity, quality of work-life, and lower manufacturing costs.
- Ensuring KPIs are attained by production staff. Work with other managers and supervisors to develop relevant KPIs related to achieving operational goals.
- Provides assistance to the Engineering Department in the selection, layout, and installation of new equipment and the improvement of current equipment in the production area.
- Cooperates with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Departments to ensure compliance with all quality SOP.
- Supports the Quality and technical departments with any audits, including GMP Certifications, SQF, or any customer-specific audits. Ensures and Maintains appropriate files for tracking batch and productivity records.
- Tracks productivity numbers for all lines and employees in for all beverage lines, meeting and exceeding efficiency standards.
- Ensures all areas of the lines and production are meeting sanitary guidelines.
- Improve and Maintain OEE for each line.
- Lead efforts to continuously control costs, improve efficiency and increase production
- Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop Production Personnel
- Ensures effective employee relations: Provides coaching for development. Resolves employee issues through problem resolution and disciplinary action.
- Ensures product integrity in conjunction with the quality department throughout the production process by using HACCP and Quality Control points established and posted on the production floor.
- Ensures safety by implementing and monitoring safe operating procedures.
- Facilitates communication between departments to ensure overall company effectiveness
- Managing and participating in projects as assigned by the Director of Operations
- Ensure with Supervisors, staff, and quality personnel that correct ingredients are being used (lot verification), blend and grind, and the cook areas.
- Ensure with Production Managers, Supervisors, and staff that partials are being weighed up in approved containers, are labeled and covered. (including condiments)
- Ensure with supervisors and staff that batches are being staged on the table in the cooking area, and on pallets in the blend and grind.
- This role is a Day Shift that will work Monday through Friday.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Auxiliary Systems
Location: Janesville, WI (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and construction of auxiliary mechanical systems within a highly regulated engineering environment. This role will act as a key liaison between the design and construction teams, ensuring system designs are properly executed during procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases. The engineer will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and construction teams to ensure systems are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate stakeholder feedback on system design packages.
- Interface with the Procurement team to support vendor selection, design reviews, and fabrication contracts.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors on Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of auxiliary mechanical equipment.
- Perform owner’s acceptance reviews of vendor-supplied design documentation.
- Prepare and review test plans for factory and site acceptance testing of equipment.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering design and construction teams during installation and commissioning.
- Address field inquiries and technical issues during construction.
- Conduct site walkdowns and inspections of installed equipment to verify proper installation and compliance with design specifications.
- Support system design documentation including drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and quality documentation.
- Provide schedule updates and coordinate with project controls on task progress.
- Manage multiple engineering tasks and small-scope project management responsibilities, including scheduling, planning, and resource coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant engineering experience in a professional setting (10+ years preferred).
- Experience working in highly regulated environments or complex engineering projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of completion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on engineering mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant project experience.
- Knowledge of ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code.
- Experience supporting engineering activities on active construction sites.

SUMMARY

Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Manage pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with factory cost changes, inflation, labor, and foreign exchange impacts.
- Standardize and oversee discount structures for Distributors, Master Distributors, and OEM/Integrators.
- Partner with Finance to manage Accounts Receivable, credit accounts, and working capital performance.
- Ensure operational execution supports revenue growth and margin protection.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate customer requirements with factories to meet delivery expectations.
- Partner with internal sales and technical teams to leverage market intelligence and customer insights.

Profile And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, technical sales, or commercial management
- Experience working with technical or engineered products
- Exposure to multinational, matrix organizations
- Strong financial acumen, including AR and working capital management
- Proven internal and external sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading and developing cross-functional teams
- Experience driving operational efficiency and process optimization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English required

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
