The work:
As an O2C Lead, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality solutions. You will foster collaboration, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize efficiency.
- Lead and manage O2C processes with advanced proficiency in Oracle SCM and Order Management.
- Foster collaboration among team members to enhance project delivery and service quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

The work:
- Lead the deliverables for the Oracle PaaS Extensions Workstream, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Define the Extensions framework to support seamless integration and scalability.
- Design, build, test, and deploy extensions using Oracle tools such as VBCS, PCS, OIC, and DBCS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain smooth project execution.

The Planet Group is seeking a Project Controls Specialist II that has had experience with project controls and worked with individuals of varying levels in various organizations and suppliers.
Project Controls Specialist II Qualifications
- Graduation from a two-year college or university - business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (P6)
- Minimum of 5 years of project controls scheduling experience using primavera (p6) in lieu of a degree
- Working knowledge of project controls principles
- Working Knowledge to Proficiency with project management / project controls concepts / computer applications such as scheduling software, financial tools, spreadsheets; proven collaborative team member
- Preferred Qualifications Graduation from a four-year college or university -business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent
- PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent are acceptable - PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, AACE-EVP)
- Software such as Primavera, Business Objects, Passport, MS Office Suite, Prolog, Visio, Powerplant, Maximo, PeopleSoft
Project Controls Specialist II Description
- Responsible for initiating and completing routine aspects of project control assignments with general oversight
- Effectively apply fundamental project controls principles and procedures to work that is fairly complex and varied
- Have an understanding of associated project controls software, must have hands on experience using primavera (p6) as the scheduling software

How Will You Make An Impact?
Monitor the quality and efficiency performance for assigned manufacturing line(s). Drive continuous improvement through process development, root cause analysis and systematic problem solving; utilize data from CIQ, TARS and other sources as appropriate.
Location:
This role will be based on-site at our JDAS Aerospace & Defense manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg, FL.
What Will You Do?
· Continually strive to balance and optimize line throughput, including efforts to minimize changeover downtime (i.e. common set-ups).
· Monitor machine management data in order to maximize utilization and minimize machine-generated scrap.
· Provide input on creative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems.
· Create and maintain coating, staking and underfill equipment and programs
· Ensure that process parameters are within acceptable tolerances for products and components, and result in solder quality that meets IPC-610B requirements (or other applicable standard).
· Design and / or procure production tooling, and product-specific fixtures and jigs. This role is not limited to but will lean more to the coating, staking and underfill process of PCB manufacturing.
· Coordinate line reconfigurations and machine move activities, including equipment arrival, positioning and installation, and scheduling of support groups (Machine Support, Facilities, MIS, etc.) using the approved communication process.
· Verify that machine maintenance is performed as scheduled on assigned line(s).
· Encourage open communication and exchange of information within the M.E. department and between the various support groups.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
How Will You Get Here?
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or a related field preferred.
Experience:
· 2-5+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
· Aerospace and defense (or similar industry) experience is a nice plus.
· Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
