The Construction Manager (CM) is the project representative that have been delegated authority and responsibility of administering the field operations of the construction project. The CM will perform all aspects of field administration, including implementation of a safety plan and a quality control plan. This will include significant outage planning and coordination with operating entities and contractors.

Accountable for:
