As part of the MCU IC Design-HP group, the successful candidate will be responsible for Design Implementation (Synthesis/STA/Timing closure) of 32-bit controllers. The role will include driving and optimizing synthesis, power optimization, static timing analysis, and logic verification using an industry leading ASIC design flow. It will require a proactive candidate with a proven record of success in cross functional and cross site team environments. The candidate is required to drive and enhance Synthesis, Static Timing and Power Optimization methodologies, for the MCU32 silicon design group.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Develop timing constraints, drive SoC timing budgets, power optimization, formal verification, timing closure and other sign-off activities.
• Drive low power implementation and optimization methodologies using UPF/CPF
• Work closely with digital, analog, and physical design teams to optimize for performance, power, and area.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with at least 10+ years of experience in ASIC implementation activities such as synthesis and STA.
• Extensive experience in RTL2Netlist implementation flows
• Strong knowledge in Cadence & Synopsys tools for synthesis, static timing analysis and other activities

Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Designer, EIT or PE, will lead and manage the design of complex electrical systems for industrial projects. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical principles, advanced design techniques, and the ability to oversee and mentor a team of junior designers. Position Overview

Prism is seeking an experienced Telecom Designer with a comprehensive understanding of structured of cabling, backbone and horizontal distribution systems, telecom spaces, and supporting infrastructure. This position entails the fabrication and assembly of complex Space flight cable and harnesses assemblies from drawings, schematics, wire lists, or engineering sketches in conformance with government specifications and workmanship standards. • Concrete Construction: Proficiency in concrete construction, including foundation work, slab-on-grade, and structural concrete elements. Knowledge of concrete mix designs and placement techniques.
• Structural Steel: In-depth understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes. Ability to interpret and coordinate steel shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Mechanical Construction: Experience with mechanical systems, including process equipment assembly and installation, and process piping. Ability to coordinate mechanical installations with other construction activities.
• Electrical Construction: Knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems. Experience with electrical code compliance and coordination of electrical work with other trades.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Preferred experience with HCSS Heavy Bid or similar estimating software as well as experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar project control software.
