Job Details Key Responsibilities Develop accurate cost estimates and prepare competitive quotations to drive new business.

Ensure all quotes align with profitability targets and deliver them within a 5-day timeframe.

Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to assess manufacturability and cost implications.

Engage with customers to provide solutions, discuss design improvements, and ensure clear communication.

Support the sales and marketing teams in estimating efforts and new product introduction.

Conduct supplier research and cost comparisons to ensure competitive pricing and efficient sourcing.

Participate in design reviews and collaborate with internal teams to refine manufacturing processes.

Review completed projects to enhance future estimating accuracy and process efficiency.

What We’re Looking For Experience in tool and die, particularly in metal stamping.

Proficiency in 3D CAD software (such as Visi 3D Progress or SolidWorks).

A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

Some experience in cost estimating and quoting.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; a two-year technical degree is preferred.

Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with tool and die or die design exposure.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with proficiency in Excel and estimating software.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office-based role with occasional visits to production areas.

Occasional travel required for customer site visits.

Job Details Position Summary: The Process Engineer will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the company’s molding operations.

Based at the Brookfield, WI headquarters, this position will focus on a variety of molding technologies including injection molding, compression/transfer molding, liquid silicone rubber (LSR), thermoplastics, and high-consistency rubber (HCR).

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize molding processes using scientific molding techniques.

Perform initial mold setups and troubleshoot tooling and process issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and mold validations.

Analyze process data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Train and mentor process technicians and production staff on best practices and process controls.

Maintain documentation and process records in compliance with ISO and FDA requirements.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in molding process engineering, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of injection molding, LSR, thermoplastics, and HCR processes.

Experience with scientific molding methodologies and DOE (Design of Experiments) is strongly preferred.
