The Senior Director of Loyalty, Retention & Growth will own the enterprise loyalty growth engine, accountabile for driving incremental purchase frequency, retention, customer lifetime value (CLV), and contribution margin per customer. This role is responsible for ensuring Loyalty is not a benefit program, but a measurable, EBITDA-conscious growth lever that reduces reliance on paid acquisition and strengthens long-term customer relationships.

This leader will define the strategic roadmap, financial model, and operating rhythm for Loyalty—pairing clear customer value with disciplined experimentation, omnichannel activation, and continuous optimization.


Key Responsibilities

Loyalty Strategy & Program Roadmap

  • Define and own the multi-year enterprise loyalty strategy, including program architecture, member value proposition, tiering, benefits, and customer positioning.
  • Own the Free → Paid loyalty funnel, including membership mix, upgrade rates, renewal performance, and paid-tier penetration.
  • Establish a loyalty operating rhythm that ensures continuous improvement through structured testing, optimization, and performance reviews.
  • Translate enterprise growth goals into loyalty initiatives that drive incremental revenue, frequency lift (1x → 2x+), and retention—not just engagement.

Omnichannel Lifecycle & Journey Leadership

  • Lead loyalty lifecycle strategy and activation across app-first and owned channels, including Push, in-app journeys, Email, SMS, Direct Mail, and onsite experiences.
  • Ensure all loyalty communications are explicitly tied to behavioral objectives (activation, repeat purchase, upgrade, renewal), not just message delivery.
  • Develop and manage a loyalty promotional calendar that balances customer value with margin discipline and long-term profitability.
  • Partner with CRM Ops and channel teams to ensure consistent execution, personalization, and scalable activation.

Measurement, Forecasting & KPI Ownership

  • Own the loyalty business case and performance scorecard, including member acquisition, engagement, upgrade, renewal, and retention forecasting.
  • Drive measurement frameworks focused on incrementality and profitability, including test vs. control, holdouts, and cohort analysis.
  • Make data-backed recommendations to improve program ROI, contribution margin, and long-term value creation.

Personalization & Customer Experience Innovation

  • Leverage customer data, segmentation, and behavioral insights to create relevant, personalized loyalty experiences that reduce incentive waste.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end member journey (join → earn → redeem → renew → advocate).
  • Lead enhancements to loyalty journeys, triggered programs, and lifecycle touchpoints to increase frequency and reduce churn.

Platform, Data & Operational Excellence

  • Own loyalty platform capabilities and performance; identify feature, data, and technology needs to support roadmap delivery.
  • Partner with Martech, Analytics, and Data teams to ensure loyalty data is accurate, actionable, and usable across activation channels.
  • Ensure loyalty reporting, tagging, and performance measurement are consistent, scalable, and decision-ready.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Enterprise Alignment

  • Serve as the enterprise loyalty lead, aligning Brand, Product, Analytics, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Technology around shared loyalty goals.
  • Influence stakeholders and align teams around financial and behavioral loyalty KPIs, not vanity metrics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team culture focused on speed, accountability, experimentation, and customer obsession.


Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing with a proven track record of launching and scaling omni-channel loyalty programs.
  • Strong strategic and analytical orientation with the ability to translate customer behavior into financial outcomes and growth plans.
  • Deep understanding of loyalty economics, including incrementality, liability, breakage, margin impact, and incentive optimization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology.

About the Scool of Computing Instruction at the Georgia Institute of Technology

With more students graduating with a Computer Science degree than any other major at Georgia Tech and the Institute's requirement that every student complete at least one programming course, quality instruction on the foundations of computing has never been more important. The School of Computing Instruction (SCI) was created to serve these critical needs within Georgia Tech and beyond. Our award-winning teaching-focused faculty have three core missions:

Platform for Creativity and Innovation. SCI's creative faculty boldly experiment with new ideas and approaches to pedagogy, while continually re-examining proven methods to ensure their approach is effective and practical across a different set of courses and students. Ultimately, we consider SCI a platform for meaningful experimentation and invite collaborations both within and beyond Georgia Tech to further push the envelope in computing education.

Scalability of Computing Instruction. SCI's faculty design and serve as primary instructors for the College's array of introductory computer science courses, direct the junior design/capstone program for our undergraduate computing majors, and teach a selection of upper-division and graduate level courses that reflect our faculty's varied interests. Job Summary

The School of Computing Instruction (SCI) at Georgia Institute of Technology within the College of Computing was recently founded to recognize the significant contributions of CS teaching-track faculty. We invite applications for multiple full-time and long-term faculty positions. The official appointment of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer will be made depending on past teaching experience. Both positions are offered with renewable contracts with an expectation to start in Jan 2025 on Georgia Institute of Technology Atlanta campus. Summer teaching for additional compensation is typically available. In addition, SCI faculty are typically allowed to teach at one of Georgia Tech's multiple study-abroad campuses (Berlin, Barcelona, Metz, etc.) during the summer.

The top candidates will be invited to Atlanta for an on-site interview, which involves giving a sample lecture.



Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to providing high-quality undergraduate teaching. Candidates will be expected to teach a 2-3 class load with the assistance of one teaching assistant for every 25 students. Opportunities to teach graduate courses are also available, as candidates will be matched to courses for which they are the best fit. In addition to teaching, there will be an expectation to participate in service at the School, College, and Institute level. Candidates are also encouraged to engage in scholarship and curriculum development. As part of its budget, SCI earmarks funding for these sorts of activities and makes it available to faculty.

Job Summary

The School of Mathematics at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for one postdoctoral research position in the mathematical foundations of Artificial Intelligence for Science for Fall 2026. The position consists of an annually renewable three-year research and teaching appointment as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the School of Mathematics and the position includes research funding. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.

Responsible for baking pastries and bread in an institutional dining operation as well as catering operations.

This position will interact on a regular basis primarily with culinary staff.

The Woodruff School graduates high caliber mechanical engineers for a demanding profession. Mechanical engineers are the foundation of todays technological world. Plan and administer the academic advising processes within a college or school. After more than four years of planning and groundwork, the ambitious Tech Square Phase 3 (TS3) initiative is well underway. With two impressive towers at its core connected by a shared elevator, the TS3 project, slated to finish in 2026, encompasses 416,500 square feet and includes a large outdoor plaza for street-level retail.
