Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager to lead electrical preconstruction strategy across multiple projects and pursuits. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing electrical scopes from early design through turnover to operations. The position ensures electrical systems are fully defined, coordinated, constructible, and aligned with project goals.
Working closely with Estimating, Design, Operations, and senior leadership, this role supports pursuits through scope development, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement planning, and risk mitigation. Essential Functions:
This Program Cost Control Analyst position will, under minimal supervision, interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
The Program Cost Control Analyst will have experience with Earned Value Management and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). This position will be responsible for leading and training other analysts if full level 1 Earned Value contracts.
Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks include:
Establishing Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled
Assessing and maintaining of objective performance criteria – developing, maintaining, analyzing and justification of estimates to complete
Supporting internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis and budgeting baseline

Salary ranges will be dependent upon where the position is based and follows our company geographic salary bands aligned with position, as this posting may include multiple locations and provide a variety of salary ranges per location. *What You'll Do: *
* Clean and recondition vehicles to dealership standards (interior and exterior)
* Vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and wipe down surfaces
* Wash, dry, and polish vehicle exteriors using appropriate tools and techniques
* Clean wheels, tires, door jambs, windows, and engine bays
* Apply waxes, sealants, and dressings as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized detail bay or workspace
* Communicate any damage or concerns to management promptly
* Follow all safety protocols for tools, products, and equipment *What We're Looking For: *
* 1-2 Years of experience detailing cars
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
* Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working on your feet
* Self-motivated and able to follow instructions
* Willingness to learn and grow within the company *Bonus Points For: *
* Previous experience in detailing, janitorial, or manual labor roles
