A pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking a Formulation Specialist to support bulk drug product preparation within an aseptic sterile fill/finish environment. This hands-on role is responsible for formulation, equipment operation, and cGMP manufacturing activities supporting aseptic production.

The position works closely with manufacturing, quality, and technical teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient batch execution while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weighing, dispensing, and formulation activities for liquid drug product manufacturing
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain formulation and processing equipment
• Execute manufacturing operations within controlled and cleanroom environments
• Complete batch documentation and manufacturing records in accordance with cGMP requirements
• Support aseptic filling operations and equipment preparation as needed
• Assist with validation runs, engineering batches, and process troubleshooting
• Train and support team members on manufacturing procedures and best practices
• Participate in continuous improvement and equipment optimization initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1+ year of GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or 3+ years of related manufacturing experience
• Experience operating and maintaining production equipment in a regulated environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and similar systems)

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's Degree with a Scientific focus (not required)
• Experience in sterile or aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and good documentation practices
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP or inventory management systems
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

The Pre-Construction Manager leads the planning and budgeting phases of assigned projects, guiding design teams through programmatic, schematic, design development, and construction documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES

Preconstruction Planning & Budgeting

• Manage estimates, budget development, risk analysis, and client communication throughout all preconstruction phases.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields

• Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.

• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
