About the Role

The Technology Intern will develop a technically rigorous understanding of cable and broadband infrastructure, network architecture, and the security, fraud, and content protection challenges that shape real-world policy discussions. This role is ideal for an engineering-minded student eager to see how technical realities influence regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize technical reference materials related to broadband infrastructure and network security
• Update and simplify infrastructure diagrams and explainers for internal use
• Explore datasets and technical resources to identify trends and system constraints
• Map high-level network risk and abuse touchpoints across cybersecurity, anti-fraud, and anti-piracy areas
• Attend NIST and FCC webinars and hearings and prepare summary notes

Position: We are seeking a highly-experienced General Counsel to join our Legal Department. You will lead legal advisory services and strategic guidance for our business lines, serving as a trusted advisor to the owners, senior leadership team and program leaders. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of U.S. federal government contracts, including FAR, DFARS, and agency specific regulations for contract formation, negotiation, performance, modification, compliance, and closeout. Provide legal risk assessments for bids, proposals, and ongoing contracts.
• Advise on cost allowability, contract claims/disputes, contract terminations, and bid protests.
• Oversee the negotiation of teaming agreements, NDAs, subcontracts, and other related agreements with primes, subcontractors, and commercial partners.
• Assist in responding to government audits, investigations, and inquiries, including from the DCAA, DCMA, and OIG.
• Support internal compliance programs, training, and policy development related to government contracting.
• Engage and coordinate with outside counsel as directed by ownership.
• Provide expertise on questions of corporate authority to engage in various transactions.
• Collaborate with contracts, finance, procurement, engineering, and program teams to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications:

• 0-8 years of relevant experience in government contracts law, ideally including experience in the defense or aerospace sector.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other federal procurement regulations.

You will...

• Lead the high-level solution architecture for complex ISR and Targeting systems, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and aligned with Air Force mission objectives.
• Design and implement robust, secure API-based integrations to connect disparate DoD data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability across the enterprise.
• Architect and manage diverse data environments, utilizing both RDBMS and Polyglot (NoSQL) database solutions to handle high-velocity mission data.
• Oversee the deployment and orchestration of containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring a secure and automated CI/CD pipeline from development to production.
• Proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities using tools like Fortify; ensure all solutions meet rigorous DoD cybersecurity standards and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
• Apply Design Thinking and agile methodologies to lead technical workstreams, translate mission requirements into engineering specifications, and mentor junior staff.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML (including Gemini and LLMs) to automate collection management and enhance decision-making for ISR analysts.

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of post-degree, paid professional engineering experience (excluding internships).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and System Integration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and DevSecOps workflows.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and at least one NoSQL database platform (i.e. MongoDB Enterprise, Couchbase Server, MarkLogic, Apache Cassandra / DataStax, Apache HBase, ScyllaDB, Redis, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Neptune, Neo4j, Elasticsearch (ELK Stack), ArangoDB).

InDev is seeking a Jr. ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations that support homeland security mission outcomes. You'll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. This role will provide hands-on development for the government ServiceNow platform. This role also will ensure ServiceNow supports enterprise service delivery, governance, and modernization objectives, while aligning with the Technology Reference Model (TRM) and DHS enterprise IT standards. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and/or active DHS clearance. Salary will be based on number of years of experience.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Development & Configuration

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.) to meet mission requirements.
• Build workflows, dashboards, catalog items, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Implement automation and performance improvements across ServiceNow capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript using the Glide API (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs).

Integrations & Automation

• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and scripted transforms.
• Automate workflows with Flow Designer and platform APIs; optimize performance and data quality.

Quality & Delivery

• Use ATF and unit tests; perform code reviews; manage update sets and basic CI/CD (e.g., Git branching, peer review, promotion workflows).
• Troubleshoot incidents/problems, perform defect resolution, and execute performance tuning.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate user stories into technical solutions; demo features in sprint reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS
