The Electrical Engineering Team is looking for a dynamic problem solver to work with us in a fast paced, collaborative environment. This role is responsible for executing electrical engineering services to safely meet Warrick Operations' business plan by providing support to production, maintenance, and the engineering team. What you will work on:

• Create and develop programs that will support process improvements to safely meet Warrick Operations' business plan.
• Coordinate all phases of assigned area electrical engineering projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations, design, manufacturing, equipment commissioning, and project closure.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.

• 3+ years of process engineering experience required or equivalent industrial experience
• Experience with industrial PLC systems, HMI systems or distributed control systems, AC/DC drives & motors, and low & medium power distribution.
• Proven ability to work in teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferred experience in an industrial environment.

The Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading plant maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving preventive maintenance strategies that support production uptime and operational performance.

What You Will Own

Maintenance Leadership & Team Performance

• Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians responsible for plant equipment reliability.
• Assign and prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production goals.

Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

• Develop and manage the plant preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime.

• Review historical maintenance data and implement corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures.
• Ensure maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and to high technical standards.

Maintenance Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Track key maintenance performance indicators including:
• Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
• Mean Time to Failure (MTTF)
• Analyze downtime logs to identify systemic maintenance issues.
• Improve maintenance processes to increase equipment uptime and reliability.
• Manage spare parts inventory to support efficient maintenance operations.

Safety, Environmental & Compliance

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with plant safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Participate in plant safety meetings and identify equipment-related hazards.
• Support environmental compliance including waste management and facility inspections.

Operational & Administrative Leadership

• Monitor maintenance spending and drive cost control within the maintenance department.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing for maintenance materials and services.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and plant leadership to resolve equipment-related performance issues.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with 2+ years supervising or leading maintenance personnel.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

You might also have...

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields
