Upper Body Assembly Engineer / Senior Technician

Job Summary:

The Upper Body Assembly Engineer / Senior Technician is responsible for the assembly of upper body products, including dry box and refrigerated (reefer) units. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, thorough knowledge of assembly processes, and the ability to work effectively within a production environment to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of upper body products, including dry box and reefer units, in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions

• Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Ensure proper use of materials and components during the assembly process

• Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or process improvements

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement

• Comply with all safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Engineer or Senior Technician background in mechanical or related fields

• Proven experience in upper body assembly, preferably dry box and/or reefer products

• Strong understanding of assembly line operations, tools, and materials

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly documentation

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
