We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain (GSC) Process Implementation Lead to drive the successful execution of new program launches and process standardization across our manufacturing operations. This role will serve as a central coordinator, working closely with cross-functional teams including machining, block, and crank departments to define and optimize operational footprints. Responsibilities include identifying required equipment, coordinating IT infrastructure needs such as computer setups and network drops, and ensuring all elements are in place for seamless implementation. Compensation:

• Testing and Verification Leadership: Oversee the team's testing and verification strategy, including defining and enforcing quality gates, ensuring comprehensive unit, integration, and system testing, and validating that all delivered software meets the highest standards for performance, security, and customer-defined requirements.
• Technical Project Tracking: Lead the breakdown of technical work into manageable Epics, Milestones, and Issues, ensuring progress is delivered successfully.
• Mentorship: Innovate and mentor a team of engineers, leading them on top of tech trends (e.g., DevSecOps for embedded) and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Customer Engagement & Growth:

• Technical Partner: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) point of contact for customers in articulating technical requirements, outlining technical expectations, and leading high-stakes customer demonstrations.
• Tangram Solutions Alignment: Identify opportunities to utilize Tangram products in conjunction with new and existing technology to create solutions for our customers

Required Skills:

As a Printhead Technician, you will focus on printhead operational performance improvement for Kodak Prosper S-Series, Prosper press and Ultra Stream customers. Work will include analyzing customer data, visiting customer sites to investigate current conditions, and developing and implementing customized improvement plans. The Printhead Technician will coordinate with customer management, operators and Kodak field service to ensure equipment and processes are at optimum conditions to promote the reliability of Kodak printheads and writing systems. Close interaction with other engineering disciplines is required due to the complex printing system consisting of fluid mechanics, electronics, software and materials. The Printhead Technician will have direct contact and develop vital working relationships with current customers, field service engineers, Sustaining engineers/technicians and Manufacturing operations. Additional duties include but are not limited to failure analysis of returned jetting modules, developing and delivering training materials, supporting ink jet integration on Prosper and Ultra Stream presses and generating trip reports to be shared with Kodak and customer management. Responsibilities:

• Obtain and Analyze Printhead Performance Data. Use Kodak's database and interact with the sales representative, field service organization and end customers to obtain and analyze customer data to investigate printhead life trends, system utilization, operating conditions and system configurations.

• Coordinate and Deliver Customer Training Visits. Work with field service and customers to plan and execute on-site visits to train operators and maintenance personnel on the best practices for optimum system performance. The National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), conducted by the federal government since 1973, is a national survey of women and men, 15-49 years of age, designed to provide national estimates of factors affecting pregnancy and birth rates, and general reproductive health. The topics covered in the NSFG are sensitive but extremely important for understanding women's and men's health and well-being in the United States.

The NSFG interview covers sexual activity, contraceptive use, pregnancy history (including pregnancy loss), infertility, relationship experience, (including marriages and cohabitation), use of medical services (including family planning, infertility services, and preventative health care), and experience with adoption and foster care. About the Role

You will be embedded within AMG's interdisciplinary engineering teams, influencing facility decisions from early planning through construction and startup. The Industrial Architect will work on multiple projects of varying size and scope and be responsible for ensuring that buildings, layouts, and life-safety systems are fully aligned with process flow, equipment integration, engineering systems, and applicable building codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with AMG's structural engineering, mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, routing, access, and maintenance needs
• Serve as the architectural authority for code compliance within interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring architectural designs comply with all applicable local, state and national codes.
• Perform comprehensive building code analysis and reviews, including: Occupancy classification, Life safety and egress, Fire protection coordination, Accessibility and regulatory requirements
• Participate in early project planning, feasibility studies, and facility concept development
• Support capital projects through design development, construction documentation, and construction-phase services
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve design and constructability challenges
• Translate industrial engineering and process inputs into compliant, constructible architectural solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering Required
• Registered Architect
• No less than 5 years of experience supporting commercial or industrial projects such as: manufacturing, distribution & logistics centers, storage buildings, warehouses, data centers, industrial or process-driven facilities
• Full working knowledge of: Building codes, life-safety requirements, Code review and compliance in industrial environments
• Experience producing industrial construction documents
• Experience working within interdisciplinary engineering and construction project teams
