Job Overview:
Continental Tide is seeking an experienced and skilled Welder II for our Norfolk, VA office beginning on or around June 2nd . The successful candidate will join our Fleet Services Group performing various ship repair, modernization and Alteration Installation Team (AIT) projects.
Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Knowledgeable in joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
- Perform various welding processes to repair, modify and install various pipes, structures, foundations and fittings associated with shipboard hydraulic, pneumatic and water systems.
- Fabricate and install fixtures and jigs required for welding process alignments.
- Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
- Must be able to select required welding filler materials, joint design, heat ranges and most effective or required welding process/procedure to ensure quality welding operations IAW TWD.
- Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness and adherence to NAVSEA, ABS & AWS standards. Installs or repairs equipment, such as pipes, valves, floors and tank linings.
- Leads technical project teams, schedules, reports and briefs customers and senior management.
- Performs duties outside of specialty in order to complete installation or work assignment.
- Experience in SMAW, GMAW & GTAW, Ship Fitting and OXY ACC & Propane GAS Cutting torch.
- Able to weld multiple types, thicknesses & sizes of pipe, plate & bar material in horizontal, overhead and/or vertical positions.
Experience and Skills
- Must possess a high school, trade or vocational school degree
- 5-10 years of direct experience in ship repair and installation of HM&E systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret ship installation drawings, installation specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items is preferred
- Must have or have the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
- Must have the ability to obtain base access and security credentials
- Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 30 lbs
- Ability to work on and climb ladders, work in extreme temperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces
- Travel may be required within and outside of the continental United States

Colonna's Shipyard Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support Shipyard Operations in Norfolk, VA.
Job Description:
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
- Responsible for audits, surveillances and inspections while also working closely with our QA department to ensure integration.
- Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
- Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
- Proposing improvements to the production process.
- Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
- Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training.

Position Summary
Oceaneering's Marine Services Division (MSD) is seeking Inside Machinists to support the manufacturing of complex, critical submarine components in a low-volume, build-to-print environment. Unlike high-volume \"widget\" machining shops, our work consists of one-off and non-repeat builds with tight tolerances, exotic alloys, and high-quality standards that directly support the U.S. Navy submarine fleet.

- Review and run CNC programs (lathe and mill) using G-code and CAM platforms.

MACHINING OPERATIONS:

Qualifications
REQUIRED:

- Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints and drawings, and identify basic GD&T.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of shop math (e.g. convert between decimals and fractions, adding and subtracting decimals and fractions, basic trigonometry used for layout and measurements, etc.).
- Ability to use basic PMI, with assistance.
- Ability to follow setup instructions and run programs on one machine type.

The SharePoint Analyst Lead analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. Identifies resources required for each task. The SharePoint Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the functional and analytical aspects of the SharePoint Online (SPO) environment within the DOD365-J tenant. Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze user and mission partner requirements to determine functional and cross-functional SharePoint needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional site designs, workflows, and list/library structures within the modern SharePoint Online environment.
- Support the migration from deprecated SharePoint features (e.g., InfoPath, Classic Workflows, custom scripting) to modern SPO alternatives such as SPFx and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages).

- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying functional or configuration-related bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reports with updates on service tickets, incidents, SLAs, and functional health metrics.
- Remediate functional-level IAVA findings in collaboration with security and architectural teams (e.g., addressing deprecated workflows or permissions risks).
- Collaborate with monitoring and operations teams to interpret system alerts related to SharePoint availability and proactively prevent downtime.
- Participate in meetings and reviews related to system performance, modernization initiatives, and process optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The QC Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the CQC system.
- Schedule and coordinate all sampling, testing, and inspection of work.
- Maintain complete and current records of material and equipment submittals.
- Perform the Three Phases of Control to assure conformance of materials, installation and workmanship with the Contract documents.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Execute purchasing activities for raw materials, equipment, services, and project-related items.
- Prepare, issue, and analyze RFQs and RFPs to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Position Summary
The Procurement Agent for the Mid‑Atlantic Business Unit provides day‑to‑day purchasing support to cement, aggregates, ready-mix, and terminal operations across the region. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, order tracking, invoice resolution, vendor coordination, and ERP data management. The Procurement Agent works closely with plant maintenance, operations, accounts payable, and regional leadership to ensure materials and services are available when needed and that the procure‑to‑pay process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Execution & Requisition Support
- Review and process purchase requisitions from Mid‑Atlantic plant and terminal teams.
- Create and issue accurate purchase orders in the ERP system with correct pricing, cost centers, and descriptions.
- Manage daily PO updates, including order changes, cancellations, and rush requests.
- Ensure all purchasing activity complies with regional policies and approval workflows.
Order Tracking & Operational Coordination
- Monitor open orders across multiple Mid‑Atlantic sites and proactively follow up on delivery status.

Project Overview:
As part of the Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP) Joint Venture (JV) consisting of VINCI Construction, Dragados, and Flatiron has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the beginning of 2027.
Responsibilities:
As a Civil Works General Superintendent on the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will schedule, coordinate, and supervise production and workforce engaged on your assigned area of the project.
- Supervises assigned project work and liaises between field engineering, estimating, and workforce to ensure
- project compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs, and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews
- daily work schedule with direct reports, and provides input for weekly/monthly schedule updates based on
- project feedback.
- Reviews and understands the project specifications to support job setup activities. Works with work crews,
- field engineers and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas on the job site.
- Presents production work plan during initial project meeting to ensure all project crews and leaders are in
- alignment.
- Coordinates with the internal equipment team and external vendors to ensure that the project is equipped with
- appropriate equipment and material quantities to complete production within the assigned budget and
