Job Duties:

• Assist project management with day-to-day planning, coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, equipment lists, P&IDs, and AutoCAD drawings.

• Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, ordering materials, and tracking deliveries.

• Maintain internal tracking of materials, costs, and project budgets.

• Coordinate with field crews to ensure materials, tools, and information are available on site.

• Respond to technical and project-related questions from field teams and internal stakeholders.

• Participate in internal and client meetings, providing follow-up, documentation, and coordination support.

• Support permit preparation, site walks, and verification of project conditions.

• Assist with project startup, flushing, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Prepare and maintain SPAs and other required project documentation.

• Support job quoting, estimating, and project closeout activities.• Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and project timelines.

Education and Experience:

• 4 year engineering degree preferred.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the industry.

• Prior exposure to mechanical, industrial, or construction-related environments preferred.

• Technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting day‑to‑day production operations by developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. This role involves using SolidWorks to create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, detailed drawings, and GD&T, as well as designing jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support machining and assembly operations. The engineer partners closely with design and quality teams to ensure DFM/DFA during new product introductions, leads Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen events, and drives continuous improvement through time studies, capacity analysis, and value stream mapping. They troubleshoot production issues using structured root cause analysis methods, maintain process documentation including SOPs, PFMEAs, and control plans, train operators on new processes and equipment, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards while working within ERP/MRP systems.
