In this position, you set the strategic direction for our sales activities in the area, and you make sure we act in line with globally set targets, initiatives, and marketing plans. You drive the global strategy on a regional level and ensure a purpose-driven, innovative, and digital growth direction that maximizes customer value through engagement and experience. A solid brand portfolio, with a good product mix that's well adapted to the needs and activities of the local markets, are your cornerstones. Keeping one ear to the ground, you get valuable insights to trending market conditions, and you continually update our local business plan in terms of delivery, profitability, and efficiency. You also follow up and prioritize areas of development and expansion.
You're a role model when it comes to increasing sales, as you actively build and maintain your relationship with key customers and partners. Backed by global sales processes and modern digital tools, you grow our sales tactics by selling high volumes.

You report to VP Sales & Marketing and you're a valued member of our management team. The location is flexible within the sales area, but preferably in the USA. Extensive travel is included in the job.

You have comprehensive experience in technical product sales and customer interfaces in a global setting, as well as a relevant degree in an area such as Sales, Business Administration or Engineering. Experience in marketing and the industry is valued, and you understand our business, products, and culture. Your career up until now includes leading large organizations and setting bold targets, and you need to be an experienced people manager who is known for its ability to respectfully push forward, deliver results and shape a driven, inclusive and forward-thinking culture you aim for great and make it even better!

Position Summary:
CITEL is hiring an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead operations at its new Hillsborough, NC facility. This role is responsible for the overall reliability, maintenance, safety integration, environmental compliance, and capital planning of CITEL’s facility infrastructure. This role ensures optimal operation of building systems, utilities, and surrounding infrastructure while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. The Facilities & Maintenance Manager protects the company’s physical assets and supports long-term operational sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Utilities Management
- Oversee HVAC, electrical distribution (480V, 3-phase), plumbing, fire suppression, and building envelope systems.
- Maintain roof systems, structural integrity, loading docks, parking areas, and site infrastructure.
- Manage generator systems and emergency power infrastructure.
- Ensure facility lighting, access control systems, and exterior grounds are properly maintained.
Maintenance Leadership
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all facility systems.
- Lead maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure high reliability and reduced downtime.
- Implement and maintain a CMMS system to track work orders, asset performance, and PM compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices and cost control.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Partner with the Site Safety Specialist to align facility operations with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and facility-related incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, DEC, etc.).
- Manage stormwater systems, backflow certifications, and environmental documentation.
- Maintain fire protection systems in accordance with code and inspection requirements.
Capital Projects & Budget Management
- Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital expenditures, maintenance costs, and utilities.
- Oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Manage contractor bidding, negotiations, and project execution.
- Develop a 5-year capital improvement plan aligned with business needs.
Sustainability & Energy Management
- Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
- Monitor utility usage and implement energy efficiency improvements.
- Drive productivity initiatives to improve cost performance and long-term asset value.
Skills & Qualifications
Soft Skills
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus while effectively engaging and motivating internal teams across functions.
- Comfortable stepping into hands‑on assembly, troubleshooting, or equipment tasks to maintain workflow continuity.
- Able to present information in a concise, structured, and engaging manner, both in-person and virtually

- 100% of work will be done onsite at our NC facility required (no remote or hybrid work)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facility infrastructure.
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of machine tools, mechanical and electrical industrial machinery is a plus.
- Electrical license preferred not required
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, electrical distribution, HVAC, fire protection, and building systems.
- Experience managing capital projects and facility budgets.
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
What to Expect Assume significant technical responsibility early in your career as part of a lean headquarters staff; work primarily in an analytical and oversight role rather than operating plants at sea; balance long term engineering projects with time sensitive fleet and shipyard issues; frequent coordination with senior civilian engineers, naval officers, and technical teams; high expectations for attention to detail, judgment, and written and oral communication.
Work Environment Work mainly at Naval Reactors Headquarters in the Washington, District of Columbia area with regular engagement with Department of Energy laboratories, nuclear training sites, shipyards, and nuclear powered ships and submarines; office based work that includes document reviews, technical meetings, inspections, and site visits rather than day to day shipboard watchstanding.
Pathways, Training & Advancement Officer commissioning through programs such as Officer Candidate School or the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program followed by a structured technical qualification program at Naval Reactors; rotational exposure to laboratories, prototypes, shipyards, and fleet support issues; progressive responsibility leading projects and becoming a subject matter expert, with opportunities for professional military education and advanced graduate study in technical fields.
Entry through the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program for qualified college students and recent graduates, or selection via Officer Candidate School for those who already hold qualifying degrees; all applicants must meet Nuclear Propulsion Program academic and technical screening standards in addition to general officer commissioning requirements.
