About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst to support the Risk Control team by analyzing logistics and operational data, identifying potential risks, and driving data‑based process improvements. This position combines data analytics, logistics knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics/operations data (SAP, TMS, WMS, ERP, claims systems) to detect risk patterns and operational gaps.

• Evaluate lease management risk categories: physical, data, measurement, damage, and data accuracy.

• Review KPIs to identify early‑warning indicators or risk exposure.

• Perform root cause analysis and present insights to leadership.

• Build dashboards, automated reports, and risk‑tracking tools.

Required Qualifications

• Experience analyzing SAP or similar ERP data.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lake Forest, CA, for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for managing and preparing cost estimates for construction projects, collaborating with internal teams to review project requirements, and developing precise and compliant budgets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project plans, reviewing vendor and subcontractor proposals, managing bids, performing risk assessments, and maintaining strong client and industry relationships to uphold Bayley’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Role Summary/Purpose

The Production Supervisor at PCX Aerosystems Santa Ana, CA will lead daily operations in one of several departments at the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Assignments may include time in the machine shop, assembly, test, overhaul and fuel tank departments. This role will lead a team of hourly production employees to meet orProexceed production, safety, quality goals and delivery goals while maintaining positive employee relations.

The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
  
• Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
  
• Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
  
• Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.

The Environmental Health & Safety Manager (EHS) is responsible to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations, the physical security of all company locations, and to assist individuals to be in compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring company is in compliance with all agencies (DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements. Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.

  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks

• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform
