Competitive Compensation: Up to $70,000 base salary (DOE) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the 1st of the month Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Generous PTO: 3 weeks PTO, 2 floating holidays, plus 10 paid company holidays Career Growth: Clear path for advancement as the company scales, with plans to double in size Stability and Mission: Supporting defense, aerospace, and heavy industrial programs with real-world impact Job Details Key Responsibilities QMS Support: Support the maintenance and improvement of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 and applicable customer and regulatory requirements Administer QMS subsystems including document and record control, CAPA, risk management, training records, and supplier quality interfaces Ensure quality procedures, work instructions, and records are current, controlled, and properly implemented Objective Quality Evidence (OQE): Develop, assemble, review, and maintain OQE packets to demonstrate process and product compliance Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to determine required evidence Proactively track down missing or incomplete documentation across departments to ensure packages are complete, accurate, and audit-ready Ensure all quality evidence is objective, traceable, and generated at the point of work Qualifications Associate's degree, technical training, or equivalent experience in quality, manufacturing, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, or a regulated manufacturing environment Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, specifically ISO 9001 or AS9100 Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and controlled documents Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks from assignment through completion Proven persistence and follow-through in resolving incomplete or missing documentation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Interested in hearing more? Responsibilities: 1.

Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.

Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and reduce machining time.

Ensure all CNC machines operate in accordance with the set plans and parameters.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the production process.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

9.

Provide technical support and training to machine operators as needed.

10.

Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to optimize productivity and quality.

Qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming in the engineering industry.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.

3.

Extensive knowledge of tooling and material handling.

4.

Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints.

5.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.

6.

Excellent attention to detail and precision.

8.
