- $30 per hour A bit about us: We’re currently looking to add a skilled CNC Setup & Operator to our team.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.

Competitive starting pay: up to $30/hr depending on experience Room for further pay increases based on continued success Great work environment – team-oriented, no micromanagement Direct mentorship and hands-on training from the owner Full benefits package Job Details Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor CNC lathes, mills, and related production equipment Perform setup, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production orders Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on machines Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and safe work area following all company and OSHA safety standards Requirements: 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Skilled in using precision measurement tools and performing in-process quality checks Basic understanding of G & M codes preferred Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced production setting and support continuous improvement efforts Interested in hearing more?
