Role Overview:

The Corporate Development Manager oversees the end-to-end acquisition process for Verita's Group in the United States. This role focuses on identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting rigorous financial and strategic analysis, and leading transactions from initial screening through closing and integration planning.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in the investment community—such as investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory (Big 4 preferred)—with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee preparation. 4. Due Diligence & Transaction Management

Experience

Day-to-Day

The Research Associate will collect face and body data gathered from large-scale capture domes and VR headsets by:

• Staging and setting-up equipment for the study, which may include engaging with engineering, external equipment vendors, internal and external safety evaluators, and the research study team to ensure the equipment is set up properly.
• Conducting the study, including participant coaching and interaction, operating complex, experimental capture systems, and debriefing with team leadership as necessary

The Construction Manager (CM) is the project representative that have been delegated authority and responsibility of administering the field operations of the construction project.
