Title: Construction Program Manager
Location: Bowling Ohio
Duration: 12 months + extensions + potential to convert

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree and/or minimum of 10 years professional experience in any combination of construction, operations, maintenance, and project planning.
10+ years' experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers/critical infrastructure, MEP and Connectivity
General knowledge of electrical, mechanical and connectivity systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time in different phases. Mission Critical, infrastructure, and/or Data Center Construction Experience .
Experience in commissioning of retrofit and new leased data center build outs.
Knowledge of CPM scheduling practices and familiarity with Primavera P6 software.
Functional in MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of Data Center Fitout projects in leased properties.
Support the Lead CM as needed including contractor, designer, and vendor management.
Ownership of the construction scope, including retrofits of existing data halls and build outs of new spaces within the leased portfolio across North America.
Provides project coordination between Contractors, Landlords, Consultants and Cross Functional Partners.
Provide construction leadership at the site by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our cross functional partners, consultants, vendors, landlords and contractors.
Identify, define, and gain cross functional alignment around opportunities to drive efficiency through innovation, process, and accountability.
Provide project planning and scoping by working with cross functional partners and internal customers to identify, sequence and package work scopes for execution.
Aid in the creation and maintenance of project schedules with support from Project Controls and Scheduling.
Manage the cost change process and negotiate best pricing in partnership with cross functional / matrixed team members in cost and schedule.
Manage the schedule and associated risks to ensure reliable and predictable turnover dates.
Reporting upward on opportunities, risks, and mitigations to ensure predictable delivery of capacity.
Responsible for monthly WIP walks to validate work in place for invoicing and regular site walks amongst Contractors, Landlord, consultants and cross functional partners to track progress and confirm handover conditions are met.
Manage relationships with the contractor, and designer.
Assist with developing capital project budgets and provide ROM construction cost estimates.
Manage monthly CapEx forecasting for all project related costs. Provide analysis and action plan based on weekly project status report (financial, schedule, Q/C).
Manage Method of Procedures (MOPs) for any retrofit/remedy work in live data center.
Escalates key issues quickly to Construction Manager.
Promote and model an attitude of continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork in behaviors and communications.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is responsible for the installation, startup assistance, and servicing machinery of various types.
These may be glass processing machines, food processing machines, or packaging machines, depending on the Division that requires the work.
Installation may involve marking centerlines, manipulating machines into position, leveling, anchoring, reassembly, re-wiring, re-plumbing, etc.
to bring the machine to operational readiness.
After installation, the technician may be involved in troubleshooting any problems found after installation.
Besides installation, existing machines may need to be serviced.

Test machine to customer satisfaction.
Report issues to staff for corrective action and/or future improvements.
Travel to customer site for machinery service, maintenance, training, etc.
Assemble machinery according to blueprints and pneumatic prints Wire machinery to control panels according to schematics Assist Engineering/programmer with startup of machines Train customer or other team members Make recommendations to customers for parts that they will need and relay that information to Sales for quoting.
Ensure customers are completely satisfied with the machines.
Report working and traveling hours via a Service Report to HR, and obtain customer feedback via form.

The Controls Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining stable and capable production/business processes as they pertain to equipment functionality; machine/equipment capabilities as they relate to safety, throughput, and quality. The Controls Engineer will test and coordinate the implementation of preventive actions in the production lines in order to establish and verify capable and stable production processes; resolve issues associated with assembly automation, work stations, robotics and automated equipment; troubleshoot PLC controls with electrical components servo-drives, motors, wiring and panels; and will review and make PLC program changes on Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley and other machining PLC programs. A local chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Sr EHS Manager to lead their Toledo, OH area plant. The Sr EHS Manager will be responsible for providing leadership in safety and environmental matters at the site. The successful candidate will be expected to take a hands-on role and serve as a communication link between management and employees by keeping all personnel informed of EHS related matters
The Role:
- Provides guidance on occupational health and safety to maintenance and production personnel
- Responsible for the compliance of all state and federal environment regulations
- Champion of the process safety management processes
- Oversee and manage all environmental compliance, reporting, permitting and certifications for the company; these include air permitting and reporting, spill prevention, hazardous waste, storm water and waste water programs
- With corporate support, implement company safety standards
- Develop and implement safety standards and policies
- Mentor and develop an EHS team of 4
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required- Occupational, Environmental, or Engineering Sciences preferred
- 10 plus years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting
- Background in heavy industrial or chemical manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others
Salary: $120,000

patent applications involving software-based subject matter from initial disclosure through issuance – Engage directly with inventors and technical teams to capture key inventive concepts and refine claim strategies – Conduct patentability analyses, develop filing strategies, and advise on portfolio development – Manage responses to USPTO Office Actions, interview examiners, and ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all filings – Support global prosecution efforts and coordinate with foreign counsel when needed – Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing within the practice Patent prep and prosecution at volume What You Bring – JD or equivalent with active USPTO registration – At least 5 years of hands-on experience in patent preparation and prosecution focused on computer software technologies – A track record of drafting 100+ patent applications from scratch over the course of your career – Strong technical aptitude in software engineering, computer science, or related fields (industry experience or technical degree preferred but not required) – Clear, concise writing skills and an ability to distill complex software concepts into well-structured patent documents – Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters while maintaining high attention to detail – Admission to at least one U.S.
