Position: Supply Chain Inventory Analyst

Location: Suwanee, Georgia

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory levels by balancing supply and demand to prevent stockouts and slow-moving inventory
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Manufacturing Plants, and external suppliers to support commercial strategies
• Coordinate meetings with Sales to address inventory needs tied to projects, customer types, and short-, medium-, and long-term sales commitments
• Communicate and coordinate with production plants regarding capacity, sales demand, and future planning
• Maintain high customer service satisfaction by ensuring strong fill rate performance
• Issue, maintain, and manage purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate internally and externally to identify opportunities and apply best practices in manufacturing and warehouse processes to improve customer service cost-effectivelyPropose and implement inventory policies for stocked products
• Maintain and improve visibility and accessibility of supply chain data and information
• Coordinate new production items with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders
• Work with suppliers, internal customers, and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality and delivery issues
• Coordinate consignment inventory as requested by Sales
• Analyze and report potential supply chain disruptions
• Identify and propose alternatives to reduce lead times when necessary
• Participate in supply chain process improvement initiatives
• Review and coordinate billing, credits, and RTV processes between CME and suppliers as needed
• Ensure order follow-up and system accuracy
• Lead weekly meetings with manufacturing plants to prioritize and track order fulfillment
• Monitor backorders with Supply Chain Logistics to execute distribution orders
• Participate in in-person meetings with Sales and Supply Chain Analysts to support commercial commitments
• Provide supervision and guidance to the Supply Chain Assistant
• Occasional travel may be required, but it is minimal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or a similar role preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP or supply chain systems a plus
• A quick learner who adapts well in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension)

Onsite Role

Responsibilities:

• Inspects incoming product (components, subassemblies, labeling, finished goods) in accordance with internal facility standard operating procedures/work instructions or Part/Product Specifications.
• Inspects client manufactured, packaged, and labeled product in accordance with internal facility standard operating procedures/work instructions or Product Specifications.
• Follow documented procedures or test procedures to evaluate identified characteristics for conformance to product specifications via visual inspections (aided or unaided eye), functional testing, or physical testing via visual measurement system or Instron tensile equipment.
• Maintains accurate, legible, and organized records of performed inspections in compliance with Good Documentation Practices and properly prepares / reviews inspection paperwork.
• Prepares nonconformance documentation (where appropriate).
• Following Component Specification/Inspection Requirements appropriately determine sample size via statistical sampling plan (ASQ Z1.4 or C=0 plans); properly samples product in accordance with procedures/ specifications.
• Properly identifies and segregates product as to its inspection status (Pending, Reject, Accept etc.).
• Promote and adhere to Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices (cGMP cGDP), and other applicable standards.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma with relevant work experience (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
• Must have 1 or more years’ experience in medical device manufacturing QA/QC: inspection and/or verification of incoming materials, production samples, packaging samples, and/or labeling samples.
• Ability to use common measurement equipment (e.g., pin gauges, calipers, micrometers, visual measurement systems, steel rulers, and Instron tensile testing equipment).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specs and capable of distinguishing between colors (component distinction and printed labeling).
• Experience working in both English and Metric systems of units.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

HVAC Sales Account Manager

As a business professional, you will be accountable by the goals and P&L related to your customers, and you will plan and execute your routine, aiming to improve their positive experience with us, as well as our financial results.

You will lead the business with speed and sense of urgency, being the “owner” of your customers inside our organization, mapping new opportunities to increase market share and contribution margin.

Location Details: Remote - United States

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days), and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We enable internal teams to securely build, deploy, and scale AI capabilities across the company—driving innovation, productivity, and customer impact. Our platform supports 100+ large language models across multiple vendors (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, AWS) with 99.99% uptime, serving thousands of employees and dozens of teams.

What you'll get to do...

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence.

Your experience should include...

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
• Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.

You might also have...

• AI/ML Infrastructure Experience - Working with LLMs, RAG systems, or broader AI/ML infrastructure.
• Container Orchestration - Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Security & Privacy - Experience with secure data handling and privacy frameworks.
• Developer Platform Background - Experience building internal tooling or developer platforms.
• Leadership & Community Engagement - Passion for team building, mentoring engineers, and contributing to open-source initiatives.
