Position Summary

The Account Manager – Industrial Projects is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with Tier 1 automotive supplier accounts while identifying new project opportunities within existing accounts. This role serves as the primary commercial liaison between the customer and internal operations teams, ensuring projects are scoped correctly, quoted accurately, and executed to customer expectations.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of industrial environments, long-term customer relationships, and the ability to coordinate across estimating, engineering, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Relations

• Own and manage assigned Tier 1 automotive supplier accounts
• Develop trusted relationships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance leaders, and procurement teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and service-related matters
• Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs and upcoming projects

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Identify new project opportunities within existing accounts
• Work with estimating and operations teams to develop accurate scopes and proposals

• Achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to execution

Industry & Market Knowledge

Qualifications

Required

• 3–7+ years of account management, sales, or project-based customer-facing experience in an industrial environment
• Experience working with Tier 1 automotive suppliers or automotive manufacturing facilities
• Strong understanding of industrial services (rigging, machinery moving, millwrighting, construction, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts

Job Title: CMDB Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: Detroit or Charlotte

Long-Term Contract

Pay Range: $40-$45/hr

Key Responsibilities

• • Design and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships aligned with ServiceNow CSDM standards.
• • Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations to ensure accurate population of configuration items.

Project Engineer - Fluid Power Hydraulics

We're seeking a skilled Project Engineer with expertise in fluid power hydraulics to join our team. In this role, you'll complete engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements, with a strong focus on designing fluid power systems from cradle to grave. This includes starting with initial concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams through development, building, and shipping the final product. Approximately 80% of the work involves hydraulics (pumping oil), with 20% focused on water or lubrication systems. Objective:

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
