YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with content strategy, engineering, business owners, and sales to deliver best-in-class digital experiences grounded in strong UX principles—ensuring consistency and quality across every stage of the customer journey.
• Represent the UX practice as an advocate, leading contributor, and subject matter expert to influence enhancements that inspire customer delight
• Engage and lead colleagues in co-creation, knowledge sharing, constructive critique, and process improvement to elevate UX at TVH.
• Lead critical experience projects and seek opportunities to improve user experience
• Develop and express a deep understanding of the challenges of our users
• Be comfortable with diving into the ambiguous to provide clarity and help guide business decisions

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We’re seeking someone who can develop user-centric solutions after discovering the right problems. To join us, you need:

• At least 2-3 years of designing digital user experiences in a professional environment
• At least 1 year leading UX on a project level
• Ability to actively listen, then move to action with purpose and intention.
• UX design expertise involving information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Online portfolio of case studies with detailed narrative outlining approach and scope of involvement. We want to see how you think more than polished outputs.
• Proficiency in Figma or other industry-standard design authoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI frameworks or component libraries. You don’t need to code, but you will need to know what is possible.
• Familiarity working with design systems and how to leverage them.
• Ability to balance routine, tactical initiatives with long-term strategic engagement
• Must be comfortable speaking in a group setting and have the ability to form collaborative relationships

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Waterproofing Division, based in Olathe, KS. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new partnership opportunities. The role involves conducting market research, setting sales goals, designing strategic plans for the waterproofing division, and leading a team to achieve set objectives. The candidate will collaborate with engineers and contractors and provide support to clients to ensure solutions meet their specifications. Regular reporting and coordination within the company will also be integral to the position.

• Manage federal, state, and local outside agencies for routine safety inspections, including compliance with OSHA regulations.

Job Summary: The General Manager of Operations directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations and at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Essential Duties:

• Lead operations to meet manufacturing KPI’s

• Ensure compliance with all quality systems to achieve target quality
• Develop, lead, and role model organization standards

• Drive continuous improvement principles to improve results
• Lead ongoing improvements in production efficiency, implementing Lean principles, and demonstrate proficiency in implementation
• Develop Autonomous & Preventive Maintenance capability in organization including 6S
• Lead change management in accordance with business and plant objectives
• Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
• Ensure employees receive the necessary training, coaching and experiences to raise their performance level and advance the organization

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

• To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees’, wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. Respirator fit test will be required based on functional area.

Required and/or Preferred

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10+ years of Leadership experience in a high speed/high volume manufacturing (leading teams of 1800+)
• Prior experience as a Plant Manager/Operations Manager for a 24/7 operation in a large organization
• Previous experience in a high-performance culture working in a team environment with cross-functional groups
• Lean Six Sigma and/or continuous process improvement experience, experience with the HOSHIN scorecard process an added advantage.
• Must have a solid track record of Safety improvements through Behavior Based Safety, Hazard identification and Risk Assessments
• Experience improving operational results
• SAP
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrochemistry fundamentals; Experience in materials or process development for lithium-ion batteries strongly preferred
• Electroplating, Electrowinning or Chemical manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of industrial battery charging systems an added advantage
