Position Purpose
We are seeking an ambitious and accomplished Account Executive, Data Sales to drive revenue growth for EIU’s data and API products within the Financial Services sector across The US.
This role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling commercial value propositions.
Reporting to the Global Head of B2B Subscription Sales, the individual will play a critical role in expanding EIU’s footprint across financial institutions, strengthening our positioning as a trusted data partner, and contributing to our broader enterprise subscription strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in selling data, APIs or DaaS s into Financial Services.
- Proven success selling data products to the buy side and sell side.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, asset management, or insurance workflows, and how data drives decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in licensing and commercial models underpinning enterprise data distribution.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from USD $140,000-$160,000 (plus a generous commission structure - double OTE). It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Rather, salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus based on role and level.

Job Details
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing commercial real estate / construction projects (or a comparable combination of development + construction projects).
Proven experience leading projects through all phases—planning, budgeting, permitting, procurement, construction, close-out.
Strong skills in project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and contract administration.

Primary Duties:
Performs full range of MR imaging procedures promptly on all patient types as specified by the protocol. The ability to perform venipuncture, injection of contrast media, and non-narcotic medication is required for effective diagnostic imaging and scanning. Strict adherence to research guidelines for studies performed on patients participating in research studies. Client is a leading heavy highway and utility contractor serving the Washington, D.C. metro region, is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to lead all estimating operations.
This individual will oversee the full estimating lifecycle for complex heavy civil infrastructure projects across Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Approximately 80% of revenue is generated within Washington, D.C., with additional work throughout the surrounding beltway region.
The Chief Estimator will manage a team of estimators and serve as the final authority on all bids, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company strategy.

- Lead and manage a team of approximately five estimators.

This role is critical to ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of critical systems, with a strong emphasis on data center infrastructure, power/energy management, and industrial automation.
This role will involve designing and developing wiring harness systems, including schematic creation, harness architecture, panel layout, developing specifications, selecting key components, and transitioning design to manufacturing. Furthermore, the position includes leading test process implementation and ensuring equipment alignment to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and reliability.
What will you do?
- Define and own the control system architecture across multiple platforms, including PLCs, BMS, EPMS, and ATS systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
