Job Title: Business Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently, meet with line of business and ask questions to gain an understanding of their requirements. Critical thinking skills would then take those requirements and break them down into the lowest level what so that functional design can be completed.

Relate Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer on the north side of Cincinnati to identify a Senior Manager of Operations to lead a large, complex manufacturing site undergoing operational transformation.
This is a true turnaround opportunity. The organization is investing in leadership, operational excellence, and foundational process discipline to restore performance across safety, quality, throughput, and cost. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will build the systems, structure, and accountability needed to stabilize and scale operations.

Position Overview
The Axel Group is seeking a detail-oriented, technically strong BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator with hands-on experience in Revit, Navisworks, drafting, and model coordination to support the development of fully coordinated shop drawing and BIM packages.
This role will work closely with the project management team to create, update, and manage models used for coordination, engineering, and submittal purposes. Key Responsibilities
