- Review and analyze MRP-generated material requirements to support accurate planning and uninterrupted production.
- Develop, manage, and track production schedules to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery commitments.

- Develop and analyze monthly reports on schedule attainment, inventory performance, forecasts, and other key metrics, while supporting special projects as assigned.

Competitive Compensation, Bonus, and Benefits Package Stable Career path Rewarding experience to work with Fortune 500 Company Excellent culture and peers 401K Match -up to 10%! 3 weeks of vacation to start Job Details What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring that schedules are adhered to and quality standards are met Coordinate and supervise all production activities, including planning, organizing, and controlling production schedules Monitor performance of production lines, analyzing production data, and implementing improvements as necessary Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the production team, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration Handle labor relations in a union setting, including conflict resolution, negotiations, and employee grievances Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Participate in budget development and cost tracking activities What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a production environment Experience in a union setting is a plus Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage a diverse team Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and plan for the future Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding and commitment to health and safety regulations in a production environment.
