Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Lead to lead all end-to-end procurement activities at Grip. From identifying and onboarding new suppliers to negotiating pricing, managing contracts, and developing alternative product solutions, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we have the right products, at the right time, at the right cost. You’ll also own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning supply with customer demand and optimizing costs across our fulfillment network. Background and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing manufacturing or engineering teams in a regulated environment.
