Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer
Meet has partnered with an exciting Stealth start-up in the Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) space based in the San Francisco Bay area. The company is developing cutting-edge medical devices and technology for the treatment of unmet neurological disorders. The Head of Operations is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to support NPI of electro-mechanical devices in collaboration with suppliers.
This role will focus on hands-on interaction with suppliers to develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation, from design feasability through commercial release. This role will require real-time engagement and technical support of suppliers, and this individual will be expected to travel often to domestic supplier sites and occasionally to international suppliers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison to external manufacturing partners, ensuring successful delivery of components, assemblies, and finished devices

Job Description: High-Throughput Screening Research Associate II, III (Biodesigner II, III)
Responsibilities:
- Perform massively parallel reporter assays and high-throughput screens across diverse cellular contexts using cellular and molecular readouts.
- Develop and execute molecular biology workflows such as vector design and cloning, DNA/RNA extraction, RT-PCR, qPCR, and next-generation sequencing.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Glazing Engineer is responsible for the completion of high quality façade, curtain wall and glazing system projects on time, within budget and within scope. This role will oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish by coordinating efforts involving the internal team, subcontractors, vendors, and owners/developers. General Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced construction professional—ideally someone with 5-10 years of experience at a larger general contractor—who’s ready to take on a hybrid role within a smaller, fast-moving firm. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to have a hands-on impact across both the preconstruction and project execution phases.
You’ll play a critical role in winning and delivering work: building estimates, helping secure projects, and then managing them through closeout. You’ll work closely with ownership, clients, subs, and field staff, and your input will shape how we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating (Preconstruction)
- Review plans, specs, and RFPs to develop accurate and competitive estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Prepare and present project budgets, value engineering options, and scope clarifications
- Support proposal writing and client presentations
- Assist with buyout and early project planning
Project Management
- Oversee projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subs
- Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track project costs and assist in billing/invoicing
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience in both estimating and project management roles
- Familiarity with San Francisco construction practices, codes, and permitting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with estimating and PM software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

DUTIES
- Identify and assess investment opportunities in companies across several sub‑sectors of U.S. Tech & Consumer across private and public stages.
- Evaluate, conduct due diligence, and execute investments.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and help to lead them into public listing or divestment.
- Lead due diligence, financial modelling, draft of investment papers, co‑ordination of internal approval processes and finalization of legal documentation in transaction processes.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with companies, corporate partners and other relevant institutions.
- Develop, and coach junior members of the team.
- Develop and renew industry/sector knowledge as well as macro and regulatory changes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field of study.
- 3 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving investing in the areas of private equity, growth, or public markets.
- Experience specified must include each of the following:
- 3 years of experience with financial analysis to support investment decision utilizing general accounting and finance principles including Profit & Loss modeling and valuation analysis.
- 3 years of experience with researching and explaining market events utilizing quantitative and analytical skills.
- 3 years of experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- 3 years of experience with research resources including Capital IQ and PitchBook.
- 2 years of experience in investing in the Technology and Consumer sub‑sectors.
- Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week.
- Requires up to 20% domestic & International travel.

The Opportunity
This position is a field-based position based in San Francisco, CA in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Leadless division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats.
What You’ll Work On
The Regional Leadless Specialist provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to ensure adoption and growth of Abbott leadless technology. The Regional Leadless Specialist works closely with the internal and external customers to drive therapy adoption and procedural success.
Job Duties:
- Educates physicians, nurses, educators, and other health care providers on the indications and selection of patients for leadless pacing.
- Provide procedural support in accordance with the instructions for use/trial protocol, and best-practices to facilitate procedural consistency and best clinical outcomes.
- Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
- Stay abreast of and communicates clinical data regarding leadless CRM products.
- Coordinate/deliver/implement programs and resources to facilitate market expansion and therapy access.
- Provide market intelligence for fine-tuning of therapy training and expansion plans.
- Liaison with marketing for technology improvements and next generation product feedback.
- Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
- Exercise judgment in planning and organizing work; monitors performance and reports status.
- Uses best business practices to ensure success and cost effectiveness in areas of responsibility.
- Ensures employee compliance with Abbott policies and practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering) or equivalent/related experience.
- 3-5 (change to 7+ yrs for Prin CS) years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with CRM products.
- A comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices
- Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively.
- High-level of comfort in navigating the medical environment, to include labs and hospital settings.
- Proven success displaying confidence in leading & influencing customers; ability to confidently provide guidance to course correct as needed.
- Ability to prepare and present effectively written and verbal communications.
- Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures.
- Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as, Microsoft Office.
- This position requires a considerable amount of business travel.
Preferred:
- Previous cardiac leadless device training/education certification or designation.
- Previous sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen.
