Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain current electrical licensing and required training.
  • Interpret and apply blueprints and technical drawings on the jobsite.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Layout and install conduit systems, lighting systems, control systems, and motor feeders.
  • Perform standard motor connections and ensure proper system functionality.

The Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the Design Engineering organization across the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering Operations, this role oversees Engineering Managers and Design Engineering teams, driving accountability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.



A core focus of this position is ensuring Design and Project Engineers are positioned to perform their highest-value work-developing client relationships, shaping execution strategies, and ensuring system accuracy and expected functionality. This role partners closely with Engineering Documentation leadership to ensure documentation and support workflows are effectively leveraged, allowing Design Engineering resources to remain focused on technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:





  • Own the performance, development, and accountability of Engineering Managers leading Design Engineering teams, setting clear expectations and holding leaders responsible for team results, delivery quality, and professional growth.

  • Establish and sustain a culture of ownership and accountability across the engineering organization by defining measurable standards for project delivery, documentation quality, and client satisfaction, and addressing performance gaps directly.

  • Drive engineering efficiency and profitability by identifying misaligned workflows, reducing non-value-added engineering effort, and ensuring appropriate use of engineering support and documentation resources.

The Role

The Mission Critical Center of Excellence manages billions of dollars in projects annually, specializing in data center and mission-critical construction for leading technology and telecommunications clients across the United States. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.   • Deliver all necessary manuals to the Owner, consolidates project documentation and files
  • Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process
  • Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the owner

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Enterprise and Intelligent Infrastructure division by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems within a large-scale software production environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

- People manager for a team of software developers and product engineers in support of global cloud operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

How will you make an impact?

The Lead Electrical CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed model designs, modifying existing designs, and working collaboratively with engineers and other team members to meet product specifications. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of various electrical design tools, is detail-oriented, and can effectively communicate design ideas. A strong understanding of Electrical design principles, manufacturing processes, power distribution, automation control (PLC), and electronic device parts are critical. This role will involve selecting key components, developing detailed drawings for control panels, power distribution systems, electrical wiring, and transitioning design to manufacturing.

What will you do?

- Creating 2D and 3D models of electrical systems, particularly for complex projects or when visualization is needed

- Participating in design reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements
