Description Remote Mechanical Project Manager
- HQ in VA will do: Lead and manage mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and VRF systems Serve as the primary point of contact for GCs, clients, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and resource planning Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, financial reports, and closeout documentation Participate in design-build/design‑assist processes and value engineering initiatives Support and maintain strong relationships with long-standing GC partners Proactively identify project risks and resolve challenges to maintain project momentum Profile Remote Mechanical Project Manager
